اخذو مني حق تذكرة ذهاب و عودة و مع العودة اتضح لي انهم لم يرسلو صورة التذكرة و انهم لم يحجزو العودة و الشركة rail monsters care كانو اخذوا مني حق التذكرة ذهاب و عودة أضعاف السعر في السعودية انصح بعدم التعامل معهم نهائياً و سوف احذر جميع المسافرين من هذة الشركة

I did make request to change my travel schedule which has been handled by team promptly/positively and within short time my train schedule has been changed as per request, it shows monsters care team is very committed to their customers and I highly appreciate it.

Honestly, this app deserves an award. So easy to use and everything is in the right place. They even changed my ticket when I reserved the wrong time by mistake. Excellent app!!

I was originally booked on the 21:00 Economy Class flight, but due to the very close departure time there was a risk of missing my journey. The customer service team acted quickly and professionally, rebooking me on the 21:35 flight to ensure I could travel without stress. Since Economy Class was fully sold out, they generously upgraded me to Business Class at no additional cost as a gesture of goodwill. They also clearly guided me on where to find my updated ticket and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Their efficiency, care, and genuine concern for customers truly stood out and turned a potentially stressful situation into a very positive experience.

My needs were thoughtfully anticipated with genuine care. Christian Johnson balanced professionalism while providing clear regard for the company’s interests.
