support is a scam, if you send gmail, they dont respond.

I got banned for nothing, I accidently clicked wrong Steam account while logging in, and it created A new account. A while later I tried to logo to My account wich had 2000 coins on vault, It got banned, asked from support why, and they said because multiple account from same IP, THATS SO STUPID!!

don't play here, if you have money save it. You will get banned for nothing when withdrawing and they won't tell you a normal reason, support is ironic and can't behave. BAD SITE!

Super bad rewards, wagered tens of thousands in a single month and received 2.5 coins monthly. Got banned from chat and they didn't even want to tell the reason. Support just said a few stupid general things and then dipped. Owner is a child who don't care at all about their customers. Don't play here if you want a good community and good rewards for your effort

Scam site, you could tell by the striking 2.7 stars they got over there and it wouldn't have surpassed 1 star if the promoters that they pay minimum wage to did not rate it 5 stars. 95% "players" are the promoters with fake balances so if you do really somehow manage to win a glorious amount, good luck cashing it out.

One day suddenly i could not login anymore...
I contacted support, they said i was banned because i am underage. They said their verification system flagged me as underage even though I'm not. I asked to at least get my balance refunded which was in my account and ban me if they would want. They just blocked the chat and now i lost my money. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. DONT USE IT.

It was a fine friday morning when i woke up turned on my computer and decided to play on my favorite site rain dot gg i open the website up and see a new update! wow i tought something new and fun! I see this new double they added wondeful i tought you could get up to a 100x !! so i watch it for a couple of hours and see whats up how good it really is, to my surprise its actually really freaking bad, not only does it not go past 2x if you hit a higher multi your account will be in my opinion perma banned, but i tought thats allright atleast i can rankup peacefully and claim my exciting rewards, BUT OOPS!!!! rain said not today!!! NOW you have to LOSE money instead of just wagering like a normal site would encurage you to do, BUT NOOO THEESE GUYS KNOW BETTER, the staff over at rain decided it to be a GREAT idea to instead let the users BUY XP to GET their REWARDS, then i tought to myself its allright i don't actually need the rewards to be happy i can just do some case unboxing battles! i tought before REALISING THAT THEIR HOUSE EDGE IS 11% THATS A WHOLE ELEVEN ONES HOW GREEDY DO YOU HAVE TO BE but then i tought its allright ill just cashout and take my money elsewhere BUT OOPS RAIN STRIKES AGAIN 1% FEE ON WITHDRAWALS WOOOOOO

I have just win a amount of money and they baned me and i writed on suport they are bot answering do not play this game and thise site need to be baned .

Have to lose to get xp - or buy it for a scam price - also 11% house edge on these cases plus a 1% cashout fee. The rewards here are garbage and there all wager locked they have nothing on there competitors and are a joke this is worse than hype drop or any cs site. only thing going for it is the smooth battles and the rain spin animation and they pay promoters well.

Do not trust their reward system. I wagered 50,000 coins on their code and then they banned me from receiving rewards. (Including wagering 5000 in the last 30 days)

I won 50 coins from a streamer's giveaway and they counted that as abuse and as a reason to ban me. OK then Ill play somewhere else

I got banned when i tried to withdraw a skin. This site is a scam site

So I put 10 dollars on the page. Then I gambled for over 1 hour. I won 100 coins in a battle and then I got banned from the page. I then write to the support and they don't respond to my message (Picture is available) I think it's very strange so I go to their discord server and write in the chat and ask why I was banned and then a picture. They respond by banning me from the discord. And then I get no answer. Very sad that it turned out like this when I've invested quite a lot of money on the page.

I won something worth around 200 coins from a battle than I was banned

Was playing shared battles, when offline after few matches and next morning my account was suspended, all my credits gone (560) ~ 400 euros. No explanation, no reason, when I asked live chat bot I got told that it was suspended for having multiple accounts + had KYC done on website. They havent responded or anything. Support is ignoring my emails also.

very bad site put much money i think round about 5k usd my rank is platinum 5 and my highest win where 400 usd. every battle i do i lose if its crazy mode or normal. site is totaly rigged never gonna play here again.

Another site where there bots always win. Don't waste your time or money. Customer service don't answer basic questions either
