Following extensive flood damage due to a burst water pipe I requested help from Rainbow International . They arrived within 24 hours and have provided an excellent service throughout the restoration process. They were responsive and informative and consistently pleasant and polite. Danny Chand, was exceptional in his support and went that extra mile to ensure that I was fully informed and knew what to expect at each stage. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend this company.

Avoid using this company. The standard of their work is worse than poor and constant delays in completing the work.

The team that helped me recover my property from a fire were amazing, they are the reason this review is a two star, the issues came when involving management due to lost items.
Emails directly from Wayne Crossfield (owner) regarding the missing items from the inventory were followed by excuses of furloughed staff and their 3rd party having issues disregarding the fact that Rainbow had continued working all throughout lockdowns and very active on media. Eventually he ignored any incoming emails from me asking for a resolution to the issue and nearly a year later we are no closer to seeing either our missing items or any type of compensation.

In past 3 years I have had contact with local MANSFIELD office on 3 occasions. Always professional team of operatives attended.
Latest today’s experience, builder employed by insurance company literally insufficient dust screen filled whole of hall and adjacent rooms with dust.
Our local insurance office contacted them on Friday afternoon 2pm and 2 guys were here 8am Saturday morning. They were professional and thorough leaving us dust extraction unit.

We went in 6 hrs from having dust levels that made lips dry and footprints when walked on carpet, to back to normal home clean state .

Nothing too much trouble, having these guys in past for flooding at business premises and leaking pipes at home truly great service every time and today was exceptional service.

Rainbow did a decent job of cleaning my kitchen following a fire. I give 1 star for the following reason:
They condemned literally everything in the kitchen/lounge and the utility room. 3 pages of items which were part of the insurance claim. Rainbow told me that all the items were badly smoke damaged, including rugs, light shades, literally everything they could pick to and out in their vans. We asked for a mirror back so we could assess the damage.. it was absolutely spotless. Apparently they took all of these items to the tip (yeah right). They took some shelves from my sons room (upstairs and at the other side of the house) again no doubt zero damage, we asked for them back in the same day and they agreed to send us them. After a few weeks I chased this up, they said they had everything but missing a couple of fixings, I said that’s fine and to send it back... I called back a few weeks later and they said they had the fixings but not the shelves.. why would anyone do that? Why wouldn’t they have the shelves anymore when they said they agreed to send them back the day they were removed. Their head office make things up as they go along, some suspicious goings on I think.

Following a fire the insurers sent people from the Ealing franchise of Rainbow to clean, to clean up and to recover what was recoverable. Ealing manager Alex, operatives Sally & Nina, Rose on admin were all very professional, polite and efficient. Traumatic and difficult times so thank goodness they gave 5* service. Thank you again.

I can't recommend these guys enough. Super professional, very pleasant and polite, and prompt. The office team are super communicative and very helpful. You are in very safe hands with these guys.

Two floods in two weeks. One from a burst water main, the other from a pipe in the attic. Rainbow appointed by the insurance company to inspect and dry in the first instance. David Hanson from the Telford, Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Wolverhampton & Dudley West branch was with us within 24 hours and was drying the house instantly. Great service and very knowledgable - thanks!

Following a fire at our home October 2018 caused by a mobile phone charger, the insurance company sent 3 ladies from the Garston branch to our home. Sharon, Christine and Margie arrived and were professional and caring whilst they salvaged our possessions. Last week 8 and 9 August 2019, the ladies returned our possessions all cleaned. They listened to me when I moaned and had a lovely sense of humour when I needed it. We would totally recommend this company to anyone that needs their services....Thanks Girls x

Rainbow International provided a great service which was delivered on time and to a remarkable standard. The staff where very friendly and helpful and the job was completed quickly without issue.
