I was refunded quickly and the apologised for the delay. Problems with US shipping

I have not been told it’s been dispatched and am having no response from emails.
I have asked for a refund and will take further if nobody gets back to me.

HORRENDOUS quality. Ordered online in August.
Terrible customer service - it is now October 11th and despite multiple emails to them and a promised refund, nothing has materialised - I sent the item back tracked... I have still not received my refund despite multiple troes.

Made a purchase of nearly 140 Euros on the 22nd of August, got a tracking number that stayed in dutch that i received it.
I raised my concern, than i got assured i will get a new tracking number soon. Eversince nothing, however i have emailed them again.
I still don’t know what is happening and rainy season is on my doorstep.
Very annoying, this is how you raise mistrust.

I just had the most horrible experience with this customer service of Rainkiss.
I was re assured in couple of emails that the package was sent but customer service (Laura) failed to issue confirmation code. When I raised a concern in regards receiving the package on time they failed to acknowledge my multiple emails.
Now I got an email saying that the package indeed was not SENT at all and the item I ordered is out of stock.

Now I am left without the product which I needed by this Tuesday.

Horrible experience if you can avoid this company.

I bought a Rainkiss poncho 3 weeks ago. I had a few issues with emails. However, Nikki from Rainkiss got in touch with me and sorted everything out and went above and beyond to sort my issue and I could only give this small company 5 stars.

I purchased a poncho Aug of last year and only got to wear it properly last weekend, I did notice some dampness in my shoulder and arm areas, I contacted customer support and asked if it was something I was doing but i was told it was indeed faulty, they were extremely quick to replace my item with a brand new one of my choice. I couldn’t ask for a better outcome everything was handled perfectly from Friday night to Tuesday morning the replacement was here. The new fabric does seem different but still just as bright and colourful as before, not had the chance to test it out yet but I’m very very happy.

Rainkiss charged me for a poncho the minute I placed the order and they never sent it. It's been several weeks now and I have not received any emails from them explaining what happened. Seems like I am not the only one.

29/4: Rainkiss responded (after I wrote this review) with an email saying the item is out of stock and offering me some discount for another one. I said I did not want it and wanted a refund. I have not heard back since and I'm still waiting for my refund.

23/5: Received the new poncho. Haven't had the chance to try it in rain so I can't comment on the quality yet. Upgrading review but can't give 5 stars as I had to be the one following up to get refunded.

Quick delivery. Excellent rain poncho. It is very good when I cycle to work. Backpack fits under the poncho too. It is super lightweight. Easy to wrap and store in my bag.

I went to shop in Amsterdam to check poncho. We bought two, mine started be weird after 9 months. I think manufacture problem as my boyfriend's has no problem at all. Contacted their servise and they sort it out for me very quickly. They have lovely desing, especially hood is big enough to cover my bike helmet as well. So i can highly recommend them.

Fantastic product. After discovering that my old raincoat was not up to task of keeping me dry during torrential downpours, I bought a Rainkiss poncho after seeing a friend wearing hers and keeping dry in the worst weather we could remember. These garments are not inexpensive, but are worth every penny. The first Rainkiss poncho I ordered looked different in the box, and on me, from how it looked online and I was able to exchange it for a different design..have been greeted as "style icon" by digwalkers as I make my way through a nearby park on a wet day. Both dry and stylish. What more could anyone ask for
