Very little good to say about this company who, after collecting my tax and bank documents, then stopped responding to me when the new build I am buying was finally ready for valuation and practical completion was served. Stephanie McKeown, yes let's name her, just left me hanging, no reason given just shut down. I don't recommend anyone deal with this firm as they might just choose to ignore you if they decide you're not worth their time.

I have dealt with a few mortgage brokers previously over the years, however, I can honestly say that Fayez is very efficient and pro-active when dealing with mortgage cases.
