I bought their challenger package, the kit is ok and seems durable enough, the bag is roomy with plenty of pockets. On the leg pads, I do think the straps could do with being longer, as the middle one... Ver mais

I placed an order and received an order confirmation. I assumed everything was okay and it would be dispatched asap.
Had to call and ask where the goods were. I was informed goods were out of stock and they were hoping to have them back in the following week. Lady apologised that I had not received an email to that effect.
This is unacceptable. I should have been told when I placed the order that they were out of stock and given the option to cancel and go elsewhere.
I needed the goods urgently so feel let down. Will not use this company again.

My sincere apologies for how you feel your order was handled.
We had a delay on an incoming order hence we were unaware at the time of order that we wouldn't be able to dispatch that day, unfortunately, Rachel, who you spoke to did not find that out before your call so again apologies on that. We have put in place more vigorous processes within our operations team in order to avoid this going forward.

Having tracked your order I can see it is now out for delivery today with ParcelForce, the tracking number is XA7857036. Apologies for the there seems to have been a delay with our courier so I am investigating that with them. By way of an apology for the slow delivery, we have refunded your freight charge in full.

On Friday the item was received back to our warehouse showing that the delivery was attempted on the 5th and 6th of February. Following on from those attempts the parcel was waiting for collection from the local Parcelforce depot. You should have received a card highlighting this from Parcelforce. If that has not happened on this occasion we will take this up with ParcelForce. I will call you tomorrow in order to arrange a good time for delivery which will enable you to be in to sign for it.
