We had a new front door installed, the job was carried out efficiently, the operative was very helpful, site left clean and tidy, the cost was a fair price - all in all highly recommended - they have previoulsy installed windows for us and more recently new back doors.

From our initial consultation to the conclusion of the installation of a whole house new windows patio doors our experience was nothing short of fabulous our “A” Team craftsman installers Alex and Jacob made everything work like a dream. It was an absolute pleasure to have them in our home plenty of coffee and a good laugh what more could anyone want cannot recommend the whole Firm of Goatley’s highly enough aftercare visits as well professionalism at it’s very best

We recently purchased and had a new front door installed by R&D Goatley. This is not our first experience with them—they carried out work for us about 30 years ago, and we are pleased to say that the quality and standard of their service remains just as high today.

The installation process was smooth and professional. We did encounter one minor issue after the fitting, but as soon as we reported it, a service technician was dispatched and arrived within an hour to resolve the problem. The swift response and attention to customer care was very impressive.

The after sales service is very impressive.
From ordering the front door from the showroom to the final installation, I can honestly say that all the staff we dealt with were helpful and very friendly.
My wife and I did not get any feelings of a pressure sale and we were surprised that we did not need to leave a deposit and only had to pay in full at the end of the installation.
The door did need adjusting after a few months of settling. Within a couple of days after we made a phone call the maintenance chap had turned up and done the adjustments. Again very professional, polite, and friendly.
