I was very impressed with the staff's professionalism and efficiency. My artist showed exceptional dedication to ensuring my tattoo was perfect.

They do a great job getting customers in and out quick- no long waiting times. Clean set ups. Friendly artists.
Ive gotten several pieces done at a few of their locations and each one turns out great every time.

I LOVE THIS TATTOO!!Alana did this fine line flower design I brought in and she worked very quickly was in and out within the hour, and was able to help me with placement. All around amazing worker and artist!

Great friendly staff , was extremely happy with my tattoo. So excited to finally have a great Tattoo shop close to me in Scottsdale.

Last minute decision to get my top helix done & so happy I did 😁 they do great work! Definitely happy I stumbled across this shop.. Bonus, it’s down the street from my pad. Quick, clean and def coming back.

This place is amazing! and they got me in a chair super fast! it’s super clean and the artists are super cool!

I came in for a lobe piercing and the staff were so welcoming! The piercer explained the procedure and pain level and made sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. He was done before I even knew it, so I will definitely be coming back for other piercings!

All 4 of us came here as a walk-in. Everything went great, super inviting and the tattoo was painless!

I was sexually harassed by the owner Ray Hinojosa/Axe Capital or whatever his name is.
I went in to interview for an apprenticeship and i was met with constant sexual comments and questions about if i do Onlyfans. He could not take his eyes off of my chest and barely flipped through one sketchbook. At one point I told Ray/Axe that i had forgotten my ID and he exclaimed that I could just show him my breasts in place of ID. Then after all of that he tells me that "i'm hot enough" to work there.

i was there in that back office alone with him, there was one other MALE artist in a booth tattooing someone during this time. There was no women in that building and CERTAINLY NOT someone in the room with us.

I don't care that they denied me because of my stupid tiktok, I care that they think it's okay to run a shop like this especially when the owner ( Ray Hinojosa) is supposedly a veteran. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disgusted. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I got this tattoo last night. It was a chill experience the artist was super cool but when I looked at it later it was just really bad and there was a piece missing from it and it was supposed to be red faded into black haha. I wasn't mad, things like this happen but I went back in today to ask for a refund since it was so bad and I don't live here so I won't be able to get it fixed there. The artist came up to us first and was super understanding and looking at the tattoo but then the manager Axe came out and this is the reason I am writing this review. He was immediately hostile and when my friend or I tried to speak he told us to be quiet. Literally those exact words. He tried to argue that the tattoo is fine and just a touch up, It's not a touch up at all, it's fully just bad I also attached a picture of what I asked for. If you start at the head and trace the tattoo you can see that the snake is just decapitated. He told me to not tell him what a touch up is. Every time we tried to talk to another person in the shop he would tell us to stop talking to them. He refused to give me a full refund saying that people try to lie about not liking tattoos to get refunds but this tattoo clearly just sucks. He offered a free tattoo or piercing but I don't live here which is why i was asking for the refund. The tattoo is pretty bad but i'll get it fixed somewhere else my main problem is just how disrespectful, rude, and degrading this manager is. I got half of my money back but the reason this has 2 stars instead of 1 is because of how genuine and understanding the other artists and receptionist were. As long as Axe is still the manager STAY AWAY!!

I went in looking to get an american traditional type dagger. Super simple, right? We picked out a design, he drew a stencil and as it began to heal, i noticed more and more issues due to poor application. the lines aren’t remotely straight. The smaller "gem" is undistinguishable. The handles are different sizes. The shading on the bottom was just an attempt to cover up sloppy lines.
Reached out to the shop with my concerns about the tattoo. I was promised this tattoo fixed along with an additional tattoo at no cost.
Every time I try to reach out to the GM I’m ignored.
Wouldn’t recommend this shop of clowns.

All the staff parks in the front to make it look busy leaving no parking for actual paying customers.

And the saga continues…
Gave me an appointment time that doesn’t exist and then unsends the message so I can’t reference it the day of when the time given to me isn’t even during business hours. None of the staff ever know what's going on. Management is never available to speak to.

To further complicate things, staff was told to ghost me. Management continues to tell me lies and leaves their employees hanging. Clearly can't be taken for their word. I really feel bad for the staff and any customers.

Very professional and efficient staff. Loved my artists's dedication to get my tattoo perfect!

This place is super clean friendly and has great prices.
