The programs are great and doing the workouts with Fabian takes it to a whole new level

1.5 years in, continuing to lose weight (15 lbs and counting), lost 2 belt loops, feeling stronger and more energetic than ever. For a 20-25 minute investment in the morning, along with a comprehensive dietary guide, this program is SUPER impactful.

This program is great! I get a great workout in as little as 20 minutes from home with minimal equipment (bands). I'm losing weight, building muscle, lowering my cholesterol, spending better quality time with my wife and family... what's not to like! Fabian is a great coach and genuinely a great human being, making it easy to press play on one of his workouts every morning!

Short, and extremely effective workouts are the name of the game and if you do the work there’s no way you won’t see results.

Basement Beast is the best! Super-fast, consistent, and fun workouts. The atmosphere is positive and energetic! Being a full-time husband and father, with a full-time career it was hard to find time. This program gives you zero excuses to get your ass into shape. Basement BEAST is a health investment!! Do it!

The best program out there with a super inspirational coach. But the Beast group of guys is the best support I’ve ever had in my life. Better than therapy.

Good luck with their return policy. Everything shows money back guarantee but they make sure they have fine print to make sure they keep your money. Buyer beware.

Fabian has taken the stress and intimidation out of committing to a long term fitness routine. There’s something for everyone with the variety of workout videos available, and you can fit any of them into any busy schedule. I’ve completed the 12 week resistance band program and I’m excited to be starting the new dumbbell transformation program. The best part is that I look and feel much healthier, mentally and physically, to be a better husband and father. Thank you so much!

I’m new to the program and there was updates being done to the system and I couldn’t log on to do my workouts just bad timing otherwise so far so good

12 week training programme is very good. Unfortunately when you sign up from UK you cannot then purchase the resistance bands as they do not ship outside of the US or Canada.

It works because it is fun and you feel compelled every day to hit play and get better.

Basement Beast really helped me in my weight loss journey. I lost 55lbs (256-201) a little more than five months. The 12 Week Transformation is an incredible program. I saw huge gains in strength while losing weight. A good diet tailored to my needs while doing BB changed my life. I went from a XXL to a L shirt size and a 42 waist to 32. I feel incredible and I’m way more confident in myself.

This resistance band programme is great. It is tough and really starts to push you. Fabian's coaching really helps maintain your motivation. I love his charisma. It feels l;like you are literally working out with him as your personal trainer. Best programme I have done and am sticking to.

Only problem is that you are expected to buy the bands which I was happy to do, however they do not ship to Europe which has been frustrating and I have needed to use some old bands.

I love the workouts short, tough always challenging.
