Delays after delays
Website didn't tell me how long it would take, as though parts were in stock had to keep emailing, took about 3 weeks to get parts after delivery dates kept being put forward.

Resposta da Rapid Welding & Industrial Supplies Ltd
We're very sorry that your order took longer than expected to arrive. While the delay was due to supply issues at the manufacturer, which were unfortunately beyond our control, we understand your frustration, especially when delivery dates changed during the process.
We made every effort to keep you informed with regular updates as soon as we received them and responded to your enquiries throughout. We appreciate that waiting around three weeks for parts isn't the experience you were hoping for, and we apologise for the inconvenience.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback; it helps us identify areas where we can improve communication and set clearer delivery expectations for our customers.
