Not only is the MLM2pro pretty unusable due to connection issues and then completely fabricated “measured” numbers like ball spin. They then release a new model and inform you that your LIFETIME subscription is only transferable before the end of the year or if you for some mad reason upgrade to another rapsodo you’ll need another subscription. Total shithouse move by a terrible company.
A company who’s entire support staff tell you the numbers you get are crap because you are the problem!

If you plan on using the mlm2pro for a simulator dont bother. Even with the bluetooth extender it is not useable for sim golf. It will constantly disconect no matter how good your wifi or bluetooth is.

I unfortunately have never been able to experience the Rapsodo because the one I ordered directly from the company has never worked!!! Their customer service is horrible!!! They have only given me the run around when I established it didn't work. Please take pictures of everything you received. Now send us a video... And then completely stopped communicating with me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
To date I have received no resolution and most importantly I am out of about $750.

My experience with Rapsodo was horrible!

I purchased the rapsodo mlm launchmonitor. The device does not function and does not track a single golf shot!!
I am trying to return the launchmonitor. After my first mail, I got an instant reply and they said, they needed to forward my mail to the correct department. They wanted to know the exact purchased item. So I replied the same day and since then NO ANSWER!

I am now trying to return it for 2 weeks, sending mails daily and haven’t got a single answer!!

DO NOT PURCHASE AT THIS STORE!!!

Nightmare service, SCAMMERS, AVOID!
After buying an mlm2pro from release date and keeping up with expensive subscriptions and purchasing overpriced RPT balls, I contacted customer service to report poor performance and durability from the new proV1 RPT balls I purchased. I was told that it was the net, the mat, my clubs, my swing that were at fault and there was nothing wrong with the quality and was ignored when I complained. I spoke to my local titleist rep who informed me that titleist do not sell these balls through themselves as they are aware of the quality issue, and Rapsodo have intentionally done this to con users into buying more. Couldn’t be more disappointed as on face value the mlm2pro is a good piece of equipment but Rapsodo will just scam for money from it any way they can and then ignore customer complaints. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY OR ITS EQUIPMENT IN ANY WAY!!! BEWARE, SCAM!!!

I'm giving it 2 stars, because the product itself (Rapsodo MLM2Pro) is satisfactory and I'm quite content with the software. One could discuss that you are forced to keep the Premium membership to be able to use 3rd party apps (that you also need a paid subscription for). What disappoints me most that they offer me a lifetime upgrade for $300 (which I could live with), only to find out when trying to upgrade that it actually costs $100 more, just because I'm in Europe while it's all online stuff. Yes, it's mentioned in the small print ("prices may vary on region") but why???

This is a SCAM. We paid 30k for an order and they just got our money and didn`t ship the products or refund us. They just kept our money and haven`t responded to us for 3 months now. They blocked my email and they are not picking up the phone. Looking to file a lawsuit against this SCAM company!

Terrible support. Bought a product and tried to set it up on the weekend. For all the money spent, they're M-F CST only. Horrible. At least my membership should work if they're going to have shoddy support. Expensive paperweight. Hope you don't try to do baseball stuff on the WEEKEND if you want to use their products.
