Don’t order unless your model size they won’t help
Sizing then did nothing then proceed to ignore my customer service request don’t order ever. Doesn’t replace or even help with order terrible company just like there sister company never order from other countries unlesss your there cause I can’t even get my items

It has been over a month and still haven’t received my necklace I paid for. I finally filed a complaint through my work at Superior Court and BBB. Worst business ever and customer service is non-existent. Buyer beware…you will be scammed. And NO this item was NOT marked as pre-ordered so their response is a lie.

I am STILL waiting for both my packages I ordered over 2 weeks ago. I have placed a lot of online orders the past few months and have had zero issue with any of them. Use a different delivery service other than UniUni or update the actual arrival on your website 😡

Never received my item
Never received my item. Paid extra for it to be delivered in 2 days, its been 2 WEEKS and the item still is sitting in limbo. Can't cancel the order or speak to anyone about my issue. Worst business ever

Another win!
This is my second piece from Rare Romance and I remain impressed! The earrings have weight to them but aren’t too heavy, they stay locked in place and don’t slip or loosen through out the day. They shipped and arrived quickly in secure packaging. I love them!
