I ordered a few things specifically a couple cans of pringles, sour candy balls and 2 bags of sour chewy nerds. I got the sour balls and 1 bag of nerds. no support emails answered.

I reported to consumer protection ontario and everyone else should do the same

Rare Candy because you order it, pay for it, and don't get 3/4 items ordered and still pay full shipping! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

I ordered 4 items for vending machines. I was so excited because they were unique. I got an email saying that the order was on its way! Excited again, and then the next day a Friday just before noon they sent me another email saying that some of my items have been refunded. I looked at what was refunded, and it was 3 out of the 4 items, and I still had to pay shipping costs. They said they'd get back to me, and they still have not. These guys are terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Based on review these guys should be out of business. (I should've read them!)

These people are an absolute scam…

These people are an absolute scam company. My dad ordered two wonka bars for my brother and my stockings. What we got were Hershey bars wrapped in gold wrap and slapped with a "wonka" paper sleeve. They were ordered in November and just arrived at the end of January 2025. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wish I had read these reviews first, because I had the same experience. Ordered a bunch of stuff, they didn't have two of the items in stock, never even notified me, just emailed me to say I have a store credit for the items they didn't have. A refund policy is for people trying to return something. I never received the product in the first place so why did you take my money? You knowingly don't have items in stock yet you charge people for them, can't deliver what was purchased, and keep the money? That's theft and a deplorable way to do business. I'm escalating the disputed transaction I submitted to my credit card company and filing a consumer complaint. Stay far away from this company!

WARNING SCAMMERS

WARNING : YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEMS OR MONEY BACK. I ordered 3 boxes of cookies with express shipping. The items didn't get to UPS for 7 days, and then it took another 7 to get from ON to BC. Ground transit would have been 4 days...the box showed up with only two cookie boxes and when I emailed them twice about the shipping and then quantity issues no responses.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order in December 4th. THREE weeks later, I got a cancellation notification with no explanation and a CREDIT instead of a refund. I have emailed 4 times now with ZERO response asking to refund my money. They basically just stole my money. Worst company ever.

Our policy at Rare Candy Canada Wholesale is a refund to a store credit on most occasions, I am sorry your experience is not satisfactory.

We were able to get more of the item you ordered that was unavailable , we will include it in the mystery box plus 1 Free Candy Cane pack, We also did double check the dates for you they expire in August 2026 ! We will make sure we include some free items for you as a sorry for this inconvenience.

ZERO communication through email or bot

Posted a review here on 12/22, and got a response, but no action was taken privately. I've tried messaging them through their messenger bot on the website, in addition to info@ and contact@ emails, but no reply back. It's been a week. They claim 2-3 weeks, but it's been 2 weeks and 5 days since my order, and there still isn't even accurate TRACKING info on the shop app.
This is so frustrating and deceitful. I don't want to have to keep leaving bad reviews just to get their attention.

Terrible deceitful Company

Terrible deceitful, misleading website! Ordered an entire bag of lollipops and they only sent me one! When advertising for one lollipop they show a picture of a bag of 25! Terrible customer service as well. Don't do it!!!!

UPDATE- CAPITAL ONE CREDITED ME $58.00 AFTER REALIZING RARECANDY HAS RIPPED ME OFF $58.00 FOR 20 LOLLIPOPS!!!!!

Item has not shipped. Paid 28$ for shipping on one small
Box of Candy , they say they start on your order right away after it’s placed. It’s been 11 days, how hard is it to ship one small
Candy ? 28$ is definitely not Canada post shipping. There’s no reason this shouldn’t have arrived by Christmas being this is a Canadian company. No response from customer service, no updates nothing. So disappointed. Don’t buy from here, I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering.

we are 100% transparent about this, orders takes 2-3 weeks on average to be fulfilled across Canada and USA.

I'd rather give no stars

I'd rather give no stars. I ordered on November 22. My kids asked for Aphmau Juice boxes for Christmas from Santa. RARECANDYCANADA DID NOT SEND THE ITEMS UNTIL DECEMBER 19TH.

There's no customer service, unless you want AI, or automated message. Don't bother requesting a call back, they won't. And when emailing support you'll get automated messages, and I even recieved lies.

Worst company. Do not order from them. You've been warned

Received my items, shipping took some time

I was a bit worried after placing my order and seeing all the negative reviews. I ordered 3 Nutty Fruity Chili Mango and while it did take a while to ship, once I got the shipping tracking info I received it 1-2 days after. They were only able to ship 2 of the 3 items I ordered but they refunded me. Seems like their service can be hit or miss but I had a good experience with them.

I wish I saw all those reviews before I placed my order.
Order placed Dec 2 and hope to receive it by Xmas. Today is Dec 13, no shipment confirmed. Emailed with no response, called but no voice message. The only reason I placed my order is because they claimed Canada Post strike won't effect their shipping. I paid $23 for shipping, still hoping I could get it before Xmas......

UPDATE: After I wrote this review, I got a shipping notification. Shipment label created for 4 days but still not shipped......

This company is trash.

This company is trash.. I get orders faster from China.... I live in Mississauga, company is in Toronto.... order placed early November and I have yet to receive... total trash, do not recommend shopping here.

They deserve no stars!

I’m not sure they even deserve one star, but that was my only option. We placed an order weeks ago. As their name states, they are a Canadian company. Well I am a Canadian person who lives in Toronto. At the time of purchase, nothing was mentioned to us that they take WEEKS to even prepare your order, let alone ship it. We emailed asking about our order and at one point they told us it had shipped. Tracking said otherwise. Then we received an email that one of the many items we had ordered was not going to make it. Why would you say it’s already been shipped and THEN remove an item, proving it hasn’t. I complained on insta and lo and behold, I can’t access their insta anymore. Guessing they couldn’t handle it and blocked me. There’s an exotic candy/snack store in Richmond Hill that I also ordered from and they delivered the very next day. Just go with them. Avoid Rare Candy at all costs. They seem to be screwing everyone over.

Never shipped my items after a month

It's been nearly one month but they never sipped my items. Before I purchase the items, they responded to my inquiries super fast within few hours. After purchasing items, they stopped responding to me. I'll report this store to Shopify and shut it down permanently. I'm contacting the Government of Canada to take an action as well. These scammers should be punished.

Do not recommend

I'm in the same boat as most people. Ordered mid October and now it's almost December with no update or communication back. And my order is now removed off my shop app so I'm not sure if it's even coming at this point. I would not recommend this site at all. Terrible customer service, spent a decent amount of money on things my kids asked for for Christmas, and I don't even know if I'm going to receive.

Your order has been picked up by UPS and will arrive on Dec 3rd, much earlier than Christmas :) You ordered standard shipping and we gave you a Free Upgrade to UPS due to the Canada Post Strike. I hope you can edit your review once you get the order :)

Don’t give them a cent

Please do better than me and read the reviews before purchasing. This company will not deliver what you order and it will not be in a reasonable time frame. I placed my order on Oct. 9th expecting it to come in 2 or 3 weeks as advertised on their website. But Halloween came and went and there wasn’t a single update on the shipping. It showed the order had been placed and that was about it until I contacted customer service on Nov. 11th. I finally received an order (not the items I ordered) today on Nov 19th. One of the candy boxes were opened and as mentioned they didn’t send what I ordered. And now I have a $50 store credit with their scam of a company instead of a refund for them not fulfilling the order.

Absolutely worst expierence

Absolutely worst expierence. Waiting almost 2 months for my order! Spent over 200$ and they only sent me half the stuff. The 'mystery box' was a pack of marshmallows that are completely stuck together and OLD!! The stuff I got looks like it's been kicked around on a dirty floor. This company is a joke!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could! Absolutely waste of money!!!!!

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever - bought special candy for Halloween 2 weeks in advance( at $225. Never responded to emails asking for status, then said it would ship “next week” after Halloween. Have asked repeatedly for a cancellation and refund with no acknowledgement. Stay away.
