Great service
Ordered 2 Miracle Twin Boxes, it was over the christmas break so that would have affected packing/shipping times but really happy with the product and care taken, will order again

Hi Draconic,
Thank you for your feedback.
We worked throughout the Christmas break to ensure customer orders were prepared and ready to be collected by the courier company as soon as possible (in between public holidays).
We're glad that you are happy with our services and shipping protection that we used for your items to arrive to you safely.
We look forward to your next order with us!
Great Store
DHL wasn’t very kind to the packaging but luckily everything arrived safe. And the support back when I was trying to pay was a huge help. Thank You!

Great purchase experience, great collections!!
Hi Rare Candy,
Thanks for the great stuffs. The purchase went well, received them in good condition and the Birthday girl likes them a lot.
If something that could be improved, I believe it's this review reminder itself that didn't sound very friendly.
Anw, thank you for the toy collections 😊

You're most welcome! Thank you for your recent purchase, and we're glad everything arrived in good condition.
Trustpilot will only send a service and a product review email when your order has been completed. This is only requested once, with a reminder email a few weeks later if you have not left a review.
Leaving a review is entirely optional and you can always unsubscribe from Trustpilot to prevent receiving future emails from them.
We would like to apologise if the reminder email did not sound very friendly. We will pass on your feedback to Trustpilot as we rely on reviews to help provide better customer service, and to make the process of online shopping an easy transaction.
Thank you again for your feedback.
