The reason why i gave 4 stars is that they use Royal Mail for delivery, that is...not to ideal.

don't buy anything from this outlet they should really use the dictionary of what excellent means .I made an order of one artic monkeys first album.The advertising said excellent album and cover like brand new .
brilliant until it arrived one corner crunched slightly ink coming off cover as to show the actual cardboard sleeve. so I took pictures and sent them back with a decent email today being the 5th of June got a response just before closing .
from Jason customer service he told me excellent means has dents to cover and damage to other parts of cover acceptable and is normal .
now I know about sales and customer service but this is just a crock" from a bunch of crooks trying to sell you records that aren't excellent but very good + because if I took that same record back in five years this would be highlighted as fair or good + not excellent. typically this is the second time this has happened the first was a box set that was delivered split.
I complained about that they wanted pictures of the bag yes a bag they sent it in that I threw away.
anyway I sent pictures and a reasonable email only to get a customer service representative telling me a load of utter rubbish.
if I was you go to atlas records but avoid like the plague RARE VINYL as all you'll get is disorganised and disillusioned once they get your money they change talk about a chameleon . customer service skills really need to have professional training as if this carries on they'll go under.Some management has no idea that the customer is right.

come back at you with sarcasm and snotty remarks. personally I'd give them now a wide birth as I say once they've got your cash you'll see a side of unpleasantness just to send them an email to when your item is being dispatched is a headache .
All I can say stay away or contact trading standards .as there's no resolution there right and you don't know what your talking about .

Ordered vinyl , well thought I had however a CD rare arrived, I contacted their customer service and was quickly helped. Return no Hastle and processing
Refund as I write. Very personable and customer service who go the extra mile so to speak , I highly recommend this company for your vinyl or CD rare, used or new a company who can be trusted.
My only negative remark is… they use Royal Mail for deliveries which isn’t reliable, often don’t arrive when expected all kinds of reasons by Royal Mail given, like could not find address duh my home or at one on Road and a business that’s been here over 40 years ! They sat on my packages several days no contact just awful personally EVRI the most reliable. Hope they change couriers.
