RateMyAgent is a wonderful tool for any consumer to review agents ahead of time to see what type of service an estate agent would typically offer. It is a completely impartial website and service and well respected by the real estate industry and consumers alike. I would highly recommend agents use this site to promote reviews/their brand and for consumers to use the site for transparency and feel ahead of any potential transaction.

Effective and useful tool more agents need to implement into their personal and agency brand. In a world where everything is at the touch of a button it is paramount an agent or agencies profile is on hand and delivers true and correct information on how they preform and the level of service they can offer. Rate My Agent has become implemented in our daily tasks. We highly recommend their service.

Excellent way to share testimonials and show clients how you perform as an agent.

Good platform to store reviews however, agents can easily manipulate sales data and write their own reviews. This is happening in Rosebud I know as I have seen the alleged top selling agent there from Ray White claim sales that we’re not his to manipulate statistics. Also I know agents create false e-mail addresses for clients to write reviews themselves. Also RateMyAgent does not spend an6 money on advertising it’s business. It relies on agents to tell clients about the website. They then ask agents and agencies to pay a subscription to highlight their profile and reviews. If RMA spent money on advertising itself like other industry disrupters I would be more likely to subscribe. I don’t see the value in a subscription to a company that doesn’t invest in its own marketing

The winners are the vendors as they have instant feedback in front of them to assist with deciding the best agent for the job
