We've been with Rathbones and formerly Investec for nearly 10 years. Their customer service has been consistently excellent. Gabriela Bennie, who currently deals with our account, responds quickly and professionally to any requests. Advice, where sought, has been good. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

We appreciate the investment performance coupled to the efficient and friendly service we receive delivered by Gabriela Bennie. We have been with Rathbones/Investec for a number of years and recently chose to consolidate our savings with them.

Gabriela Bennie, formerly of Investec and now Rathbones has been looking after my portfolio for many years. I find her very approachable and knowledgeable and I never feel rushed when we have our annual meetings. Her recommendations are very clearly discussed with me and I have great confidence in her.
