Kenneth Parker made my experience a 5-star experience. With the level of service this man provided, he should get a 10!! Kenneth went above and beyond for me, even though I am a small fish; he treated me like I was a VIP every time I called or had a question. Kenneth has such patience too, I am not tech savvy and my schedule is crazy, one time I could not connect until 8 pm and he stayed to work late so he could assist me, we were on the phone until well after 10 pm. His company's building lost power, so he called me from his cell to say the power was cut off. That's why our Google Meet got cut off while he was sitting in the dark with no power or lights. He stayed to do that for me. I hope this man is getting paid what he is worth. Employees like him are incredibly hard to find, and it would be a significant investment to support his growth. He is going to do big things! With that being said, the website design team is great, they work very hard to get exactly what you are visioning. I do not have the final product as of yet but I do like what I was given in the mock up design, I was very pleased. I hired a different company that ensured my site would be up and running and 6 months later I was still waiting . I got my mock up website within 48 hours I believe, and it was almost spot on so that proves that they listen and really do work hard to understand your vision, who you are, what your business represents. Very pleased and highly recommend!
