The customer service here is completely lacking. I ordered 3 collagen powders as was going travelling, but I only received one. I emailed them and they said they'd contact the shipping dept on the Monday. I then emailed them Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to see if they had done anything but nothing, so i had to go elswhere, then a few days after that I received the other 2 with no communication and after having already bought a replacement. From what I can tell this company only works at the weekend and doesn't reply to emails during the week. They also do not know how to communicate with their customers when they make a mistake. Lesson learned will not be coming back

I bought a packet of vegan collagen and did not like the taste. I forgot to cancel subscription and received another. I didn't open it up and was advised to sent it back unopened in original packaging. I sent it back recorded delivery over 2 weeks ago , I have emailed asking for my refund and have been ongoingly ignored.

Following my previous review, Sonia finally reached out to me and shed light to the mishaps previously happened. There's nothing like someone going out of their ways to acknowledge that something went wrong, and offering an apology and a gift. She made sure that my order for the capsules version of the Vegan Collagen went through smoothly and also offered the first package free of charge. She also asked me to keep the bag of Vegan Collagen boost powder that was shipped in error, which went straight to my daughter, who was keen to try it out. Now, I'm not using this product for the purpose of looking younger - god forbid! I am embracing my ageing process gracefully, thank You! I'm looking to keep my joints healthy as I have recently engaged with more physical exercise than ever before. However, I am very pleased to say that some of the fine lines on my face are now less prominent than they were before taking the capsules, and in just three weeks. I just wish I had taken a picture before starting on them! This is to say that I'd highly recommend this product and this company: they went far and beyond to make sure I returned as a satisfied customer.
