Placed an order #213609 on the 23rd January 2026.
Since then, no further feedback. I have written to them numerous times and even tried their preferred contact option which is Facebook Messenger. When I look at my order it shows processing, processed, cancelled, processing, processed and so on. I get the feeling that if a website does not have a contact phone number, then you should stay clear. It seems that writing a negative review is the only way to get feedback, however their feedback always requests you to email them again, which I do not hold out much hope for. Luckily this was only a trial order and thank goodness I did not place my main order with them or close my account with my current supplier.

Order not received – customer support ignores repeated follow-ups

I placed a large order (Order #196047, several hundred euros) with Raw Powders in July 2025.
The parcel was stuck in transit for weeks and was eventually returned to the seller.

On August 5th, customer support (Laura) informed me that the order had been returned and asked whether I preferred a refund or a reshipment. I immediately confirmed that I wanted the order resent with the corrected address.

Since then, I have followed up three more times (including on August 15th and afterwards) asking if any further information was needed or what the status was. Unfortunately, I never received any reply – the order was never resent, and I also did not get a refund.

Bottom line: I paid, but received neither my goods nor my money back, and the customer service simply ignores me.
This is completely unacceptable for a serious online shop.

Customer Service are completely ignoring me and have sent me an email saying my issue has been resolved. It is not resolved! I placed an order two weeks ago and didn't receive an email confirmation. Instead I received an email stating that I still had products in my basket and so I went back in and completed what I thought was the original order. Then I received the confirmation emailed. The next day I checked my bank to see that the same order has been placed twice. I emailed straight away. The following day I received a second order confirmation. I have emailed several times about this with emails bank info attached. I have received no communication since- except to say that the issue has been resolved. I am disgusted at this stage. Up to this point I had been a regular customer with no issues. Very disappointed with the zero customer service received from Laura. Is this a scam?

Ich habe am 14.07.2025 eine Bestellung (Ordernummer: #195876) bei Raw Powders aufgegeben, aber keine Bestellbestätigung erhalten. Da ich von einem technischen Fehler ausging, habe ich einige Tage später erneut bestellt. Direkt nach der zweiten Bestellung habe ich Raw Powders informiert, dass ich die erste Bestellung nicht möchte und um Rückerstattung gebeten.

Trotzdem wurde die erste Bestellung später verschickt. Ich habe die Annahme des Pakets verweigert – laut Sendungsverfolgung ist es längst zurück beim Händler. Bis heute habe ich kein Geld zurückerhalten.

Besonders ärgerlich: Auf meine Antworten in bestehenden Support-Tickets erhalte ich keine Rückmeldung mehr, obwohl mir zwischenzeitlich sogar mitgeteilt wurde, dass der Fall „gelöst“ sei. Für mich ist das keine vertrauenswürdige Geschäftspraxis.

Ich fordere weiterhin die vollständige Rückerstattung und rate aktuell von einer Bestellung bei Raw Powders ab.

I have ordered from raw powders before and paid for the express shipping (rather expensive by the way). It arrived pretty quick and I was satisfied with the product. However, I placed a larger order on the 16th of February (19 days ago) using the free shipping my order qualified for, and my order had been ‘processed’ since then. I have contacted support twice with no reply. (UK delivery) I shouldn’t have to pay £16 to receive my order faster than 3+ weeks (still not shipped) 2 stars rather than 1 as my first order was satisfactory.

Bad customer service.
The parcel has not been delivered for 5 working days and no one can answer what is wrong?
Prices have also increased significantly, probably need to look for another store...

Fantastic user experience I had an issue with DPD delivering my product to the wrong address and forging my signature,I sent Rawpowders an email and they resolved the issue immediately,very impressed with this company both products and service are outstanding.Well done I will order again.Thank you

Deras ashwagandha pulver smakar inte som det borde göra, utan som om det skulle vara farinsocker och det klumpar sig ovanligt mycket i vatten, vilket ashwagandha inte brukar göra vilket får mig att tro att det antingen är utblandat eller innehåller något annat.

always had a good experience in the past and have purchased multiple times but lately their is a website has an issue stopping the free delivery.
i emailed but didnt get a response, after a week they closed my ticket so reached out via facebook who said their IT would look at it later that day. 2 days later and still not working. ive been trying to place an order for 11 days 😳
update: placed an order and had incorrect postage refunded. website issue resolved later. looking forward to receiving my order

I tried to review their CBD tablets, but was unable to. The website states that "review must be between 0 and 0 characters long"!

I contacted Rawpowder's support about the issue, but they discarded my email as spam!

This makes me wonder if their reviews are fake.

Bestelle seit mehr als einem Jahr nun bei Rawpowders und bin sehr zufrieden. Sei es der rasche reagierende Kundenservice, die schnelle Lieferung oder die top Qualität. Bin begeistert von den Produkten (hauptsächlich L-Dopa/ Phenibut) und wie sie Verpackt sind. Zusammenfassung: Werde auch weiterhin dort bestellen solange die oben genannten Punkte so bleiben.

Gjorde ett test genom att blanda ( 3 msk varmt vatten, 1 gram Lions Mane pulver och 10 droppar jod) av:
Rawpowders Lion's Mane pulver och det visade sig att blandningen blev blå, (den ska vara brun om produkten är av god kvalitet.
Den här produkten innehåller mest stärkelse och är därav ej en
högkvalitativ produkt. Kommer ej ge någon märkbar effekt, tyvärr.
Om du vill köpa denna omtalade svamp så välj någon av de dyrare alternativen på marknaden.
