Dispatch Updates:
There were incorrect dates mentioned in the service review. In reality, the order was placed on 7th March 2026. The shipment was registered with Delhivery courier on 8th March, and the courier details were sent to the customer’s registered email ID the same day at around 10:17 PM. The system confirms that the email was successfully delivered.

Since Sunday pickup service is a holiday in our region, the courier collected the package on 9th March. As we use a third-party courier service, once the shipment is handed over, we must rely on the tracking updates available on the courier’s website.

Current Position:
The shipment reached the Ahmedabad_Kanera Hub of Delhivery on 16th March. On the same day, it was moved onward to a nearby delivery center.

Reason for Delay :
The exact reason is unclear—we will need to request clarification from Delhivery. By reviewing the transit history, it appears the package was initially routed to Hyderabad, then moved to Surat_Kacholi Hub, and finally to Ahmedabad_Kanera Hub. Now it is progressing to the next center.

Typically, shipments from Chennai to Gujarat take about 5 working days. However, the additional routing through multiple cities has extended the transit time.

Customer Concern:
We understand the frustration of a 2-day delay and your expectation to receive the package sooner. Unfortunately, since perfumes can only be shipped via road transport, transit speed cannot be improved. In this case, the package was routed through multiple hubs instead of a direct point-to-point transfer, which added extra days.

That said, we would like to ask: why wasn’t this concern raised with us directly via email, WhatsApp support, or live chat? Writing a review is usually the final step, but it doesn’t help resolve the issue quickly. If you had contacted us earlier, we could have raised a complaint with the courier and provided you with timely updates.

We were fortunate to notice your review, but what if we hadn’t? Direct communication ensures faster resolution and avoids unnecessary delays.

The shipment was successfully delivered today. At the time of raising the ticket this morning, the package had already started moving to the final delivery center in the customer’s area. Therefore, the package was delivered today (16-03-2026). so, the delay issue is resolved.
