Raynes Baby World was set up during the National Lock Downs of 2020, whilst Sarah (Owner) was on maternity leave with her third child, Rayne, and her Husband Adam was working full time. ​The aim of the business was to "provide safe and modern product ranges, that allow none stop fun for children of all ages". Initially, as we were still in uncertain times with various lock downs, we wanted to bring the soft play centres to people’s homes, starting off with our range of ball pits and soft play. ​Since January 2022, we have noticed a large increase in demand for people buying our products to set up their own business’s to hire out to customers all over the UK. ​This is where we decided to partner with some of the UKs leading commercial fibreglass fabricators, soft play and inflatable providers and play cage manufacturers to allow Raynes Baby World to become a leading sole supplier to partner with for your products. We are super proud of our journey so far and it wouldn’t be possible without you! Thankyou for helping us grow, by supporting our vision and ordering from us. (Yes, we still get very excited with each order!) This journey has allowed us to make lots of friends, as well as watch your business’s grow, or children enjoy our products via your pictures and videos on our socials. ​Our aim is to always be customer focused and we pride our self on our customer service and would like to think that nothing is too big or too small! We don’t always get things right, however we will always make right a wrong as we do actually care! ​Even though we are 3 years in, we feel like we are only just starting and have many more product lines, suppliers in the pipeline and ideas in the making to help every single one of our customers. We listen to all customer feedback, questions and queries to help make your experience as best as it can be and bring the products that you want! ​We hope this gives a little insight into who we are and what we are trying to achieve, as well as why your order means so much to us.

Raynes baby world provided me with the…

Raynes baby world provided me with the most gorgeous pastel bouncy castle. They were so helpful with going back and forth on designs and was completely bespoke to me. Delivery was speedy and communication was fab. Due to replace some softplay bits too so will definitely be ordering from Raynes.

Amazing quality

Amazing quality, lots of variety of products offer d and great customer service over the phone when enquiring, communicating on delivery etc would highly recommend. We purchased a bouncy castle with built in slide for commercial use & wouldn't use any other supplier now!

Always the best quality & service

I’ve ordered quite a few bits from Raynes Baby World for my soft play hire business and the quality is like no other. I also always ask so many questions before I buy any products and the team at RBW are the best and answer all my queries efficiently. Thank you RBW 🫶🏽

Amazing!!

I ordered a 10ft by 12ft white bouncy castle and 3 sets of soft play.

Such a helpful and high quality business

Was super impressed with the quality of the white beam we ordered along with another step and slide! The communication is always fantastic as well and if we ever have any questions they are always answered so well and many tips are given when it comes to things like cleaning.

Best soft play company

We have used Raynes Baby World multiple times for our small business and have always received nothing but the best service from them!
Most recently we have ordered a hoop step and slide, double rocker, rainbow arches and pyramid stacker and all items arrived incredibly quickly and in perfect condition.
