Via RCA Shop op Bol.com een telefoon gekocht. Na iets meer dan 6 maanden begaf de telefoon het. Ondanks de garantie, nam RCA Shop geen enkel initiatief om service te verlenen. Het zou wel mijn eigen schuld zijn volgens hem (betreft een eenmanszaak) en onderzoek was niet nodig. Waardeloos!

Koop hier nooit een tv al 3 kapot in 2 jaar tijd kan hem nu wel laten maken maar dat moet ik zelf betalen. Ik raad iedereen een tv van rca dus af ze gaan heel snel kapot daarna zit je heel lang zonder tv dus ik heb meer geen tv gehad dan wel.

RCA’s website is awful! So many what should be clickable links do not work. User manuals inaccessible making products worthless. Absolute garbage.

Heb sinds kort een rca 55 inch wat een miserie met die tv .

Bought a smallish TV and remote didnt work, sent if back and bought a bigger one. After about a month the remote didnt work either, as im an invalide person i couldnt get up to push the buttons on the TV itself. my grandson sent it back, at own expense for repairs. TV came back and it was the wrong TV, a cheaper type. inds my grandson lives in Madrid RCA said they would come and pick it up. I havent had a TV since before easter, so missed all the parades on TV, miseed all football and Formula 1. Still havent got a TV and not hearing from them. Absolutely terrible. i have aked for my money back and get no response..

The RCA Customer Service is atrocious. They will raise your Direct Debit without notification or permission. With Unlimited Call Outs. Will raise without permission your Direct Debt. No eMail, no letter. I was paying £17.00. One call out. Raised to £34 per month. Would not refund. Violating the FCA Rules. Stay well away.

Heb een RCA 50 inch gekocht maar mensen wat heb ik hier een spijt van.
Het zou een smart tv zijn maar mijn oude tv die geen smart tv LC was is vele malen slimmer
Op YouTube is deze TV een ramp, stilstaande beelden het vastlopen als je aan het zoeken ben, en in die gevallen moet je de stekker uit het stopcontact halen om de Tv weer goed te krijgen, dit is niet 1x maar soms wel 4 a 5 keer per avond. Ik heb echt spijt dat ik mijn oude Tv had weg gegeven anders had ik deze weer neergezet.
Weet niet wat deze tv op gewoon televisie kijken doet of wat dan ook, ik ben een YouTube kijker want je zit op een televisie meer reclames te kijken dan waar je op afgestemd heb dus daarom You Tube.
Heb nooit enig last gehad van de genoemde dingen die ik beschreef met mijn oude toestel, het begon op de dag dat ik mijn RCA neergezet had....

I have a 70" WEBOS TV RWOSU7047 and when i went to RCA.COM, almost every option made available to direct the user to customer service or download manuals just goes in a loop. Thats completely unacceptable and very poor site management. And no, i never did recieve customer service of any sort.
