Do not believe Range Credit Bureau
Do not believe Range Credit Bureau, Inc. if they tell you to set up payment though your bank and then they will stop a wage garnishment.
They will not do this and will then collect through both.
Range Credit Bureau, Inc. will collect from both your paycheck and bank account even if they have one Writ.
A creditor needs more than one Writ to take money from your bank account and your wages at the same time.
What happened:
1. Range Credit Bureau, Inc. said to set up payment through my bank and then they will stop the wage garnishment.
2. I did this and then they collected through my bank account.
3. I called them to see if they had sent the paperwork through to stop the wage garnishment. They refused to stop the wage garnishment.
4. They then collected from both my bank account and paycheck.
