The delivery was on time and they set everything up for us.

the delivery guys were very good and polite. BUT, when the refrigerator was slid back to wall the water line go pinched and no water was flowing after the initial test. I filled 1/2 a glass when installer were here and the refrig was not slide back yet. Once refrig was slid back the water feed line got pinched and no water would flow. Yes I had to slide the refrig back out and run water line as to not be pinched when frig slid back. Very disappointed with RC Willey. I call talking to a customer service rep who was not only very curd but had no solutions other than bring a new frig out and exchange. Seems to me with all the installations RC Willeys would have a rapid response team to follow up with customers when issues arise. Very disappointed! VERY

It was setup at will call in Layton on a certain day...i called to confirm they were ready...when I arrived I called and they came out verified it was me...and loaded it in my truck for me...Awesome Customer Service ...I signed for it after being verified via ID...and was on my way home. Thank you...one of the reasons I am a faithful customer. I appreciate the staff and the knowledge of the products they sell and the Inquiry to want I want or like and offer suggestions that match...not trying to pressure sell...I appreciate that. Kaybree Hemler, salesperson, was attentive and responsive which was a definite improvement after numerous attempts to purchase this item online.

The online option would not allow for free delivery, kept inserting the two paid delivery options. This happened to Kaybree also.

We are longtime customers of RC Willeys who are not happy with the fee for delivery push.

Obviously, this bot was not listening...soooo missed my point of objecting to RC Willeys attempting to force their delivery for an exorbitant fee on customers. I do not plan to patronize RC Willeys any time soon. Charlene A

Only problem is that delivery is two weeks out while app said it was in stock

The greeting of 5 people was a bit much and then when we asked where the lay boy area was, nobody went with us. That was bad, but the salesman was in that area was great. Should be a 2 star until the salesman. Now it’s a 4.

Israel Campa, our salesman, showed us many sets and thoroughly gave us a lot of information.

The salesman was great, not too pushy, answered all our questions. We ordered a 7,000.00 FlexSteel sectional. When we went upstairs to the cashiers we were treated so rudely! We waited over an our cause we wanted to get the 12 month same as cash financing. She had miss spelled the information, we went up to her multiple times to see how it was going. Finally we needed to get to another appointment, so we said just call us when it’s approved. She never called!.., so on our way home we called the SLC office and gave them our information and within five minutes it was approved and ordered! The cashier never did make contact with us. She was rude and acted like we were just a bother to her. I really wanted to Dutch oven set, that you got if you bought over like 200.00 dollars. Never got it.

I requested next-day pickup from my local RC Willy, which, according to the website, was available. When I called that day, they informed me that you had it set up for 5-day delivery, or they could send it to the location I asked for in 4 days. The only option was to wait one more day and travel from Layton to the Salt Lake warehouse. Fix the website!

Awful Warentee Customer service gave us 3 different answers. We were on the phone for over 2 hours the first time Customer service in the store tried to help but they are not trained ones in warranty. We were trying to to use the credit for another purchase. It was very difficult.

They were quick and fast and willing to help me out with the questions I had.

They cancelled my delivery but didn’t bother to tell me. I moved all the old furniture and sat and waited. I finally called customer service and the lady told me that the delivery manager cancelled it because they won’t have it in stock until next Tuesday. I guess he couldn’t be bothered to call me. Poor customer service….in fact, terrible

The purchase online process was easy, it was supposed to show up to the Layton store Saturday and it has not shown up

The delivery and installation was done quickly and with zero mess. Excellent service!

Dishwasher went out. I needed a new one fast. I went online and found what I wanted. I ordered it and had it within two days.

Craig knew exactly which refrigerator would work best for us.

Love the carpet! The guys did a excellent job. We're very pleased with the service from our salesman Phil to the installation. 5 stars for sure👍
