My salesman Fred was outstanding. Very informative and helpful. When the measuring was done it was timely and thorough. The only glitch was that I was expecting the installer to put transitional wood pieces between the carpet and the tile and he wasn't prepared to do that. It was obvious to me that this was required as the other places where it had already been done was clearly there. I had to hire another installer to finish the work that should have been included. When I talked to the RC Willey person during the install I was pretty much blown off. Bad customer service.

Came in to pick up a purchase of over $400. Normally they have a promotion of a "gift" for spending over a certain amount. When I asked the ladies in Customer service were very rude. I went at a slow hour and I had to wait over 5mins. Later on I waited outside for my purchase and it took another 20mins. Again I was the only car on the pick up lot. Very disappointed...

I moved to Las Vegas in 2006 from CA. I purchased a new home here and I was in need of furniture for the new house. I went to RC Willey for that furniture. Over the years since then I always return to RC Willey for things for the house. This time I needed to replace my 5 year old water softener which I purchased from RCW. I bought the same Whirlpool model I had before. When you need something for your home you can trust RCW to deliver.

Our experience with RC Willey has been marred by a series of unfortunate incidents that have spanned over a year. Delivery personnel have failed to follow placement directions, resulting in damage to our home and the furniture. We have had instances where the delivery people left sweat on the furniture delivered, without bothering to clean it. RC Willey furniture has also been a concern, with pieces not functioning as they should and pieces of a sectional having different colors and heights.
Customer service has been anything but helpful and cooperative; they have been antagonistic and rude with their responses. With all this, one would wonder why we continue to patronize RC Willey. Simply put, we have spent many thousands of dollars on furniture and continue to deal with damage to our home and furniture, as well as dreadful customer service, and personal expenditures made in an effort to cover RC Willey's mistakes. It even reached the point where RC Willey was going to allow us to return their select furniture, which we considered until we found that the RC Willey credits, house damage, and the inconvenience of it all put us in a position of significant losses.
So here we are, after a confrontational telephone call with ill-mannered and unyielding customer service staff, where I ended up hanging up on them due to their offensive and arbitrary position, leaving us to "hold the bag."
RC Willey Director of Customer Relations called me back after the call, and cooler heads prevailed, along with each of us listening to the other. For the first time, I see light at the end of the tunnel because Chad Jacobsen heard my legitimate and verifiable complaints and decided to take action on our house and furniture. That is the mark of a rational and reasonable professional who identifies a problem and seeks to resolve it without confrontation.
Despite all the challenges, I am hopeful Mr. Jacobsen's intervention will lead to a mutually satisfactory resolution. I look forward to the day when I can not only retract this review but also replace it with a complimentary one, reflecting the positive outcome of our experience with RC Willey.
***AMENDMENT** (9/30/25)
I am concerned and highly disappointed with the written response I received from RC Willey today, as I interpret it. I hope I'm wrong in my assumption that I "have to continue working with" discourteous and unpleasant people who led us into this debacle in the first place. Hopefully, I'm wrong here, but it sounds too "anonymous" to be anything but the same people.

We have been buying furniture from RC Willey for years. The quality and customer service has always been great. Today we needed a dishwasher for one of our rentals and Zachary Kondrk had our order completed in less than 30 minutes. He has been very helpful in the past and once again got our order completed very quick. We will continue to use RC Willey for our furniture and appliance needs. Thanks Zachary!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Adam Causey at RC Willey, and I can honestly say he went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked in, Adam was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I needed.
What really stood out was how he took the time to explain all of my options, answer every question with patience, and make sure I felt comfortable with my decisions. He wasn’t pushy at all—just incredibly helpful, professional, and detail-oriented. Adam even followed up afterward to ensure everything was delivered smoothly and that I was happy with my purchase.

I bought my elderly father a La-Z-boy. I sent an email asking if they could deliver the recliner upstairs? No response. Today, I got a message he would need to show a copy of MY credit card. I am thinking of cancelling.

Eric Murray was so very helpful and AMAZING with the furniture buying process. He was very patient and went above and beyond. Because of Eric I decided to go back a third time after receiving furniture that was delivered damaged twice. I went into the store a third time to correct it and exchange my mattress for a replacement. I purchased a $109 warranty on my mattress and was overcharged by almost $200. When I questioned why the total went up by so much I was told it was because of tax. I explained that when I made the original purchase it was tax free and this was a simple exchange. The cashier then called Thalia over to assist and she said that it was a $9 tax on the warranty which would total $118. My original total was $1245 and she tried to tell me my new total would be $1445. When I asked for an explanation she had an attitude like if I was inconveniencing her and walked away. This is the second time I had this type of interaction with Thalia. Because of her attitude I canceled everything and walked out.
