My problem was i needed to split this months payment. The agent took care of that no problem. I was relieved until i looked at my bank account this morning and it had taken both payments out. Which overdrew my account and no I owe $30 fee besides. So I called and got someone else who pawned me off on the original person but he wasnt in yet. He did call back but said it happened because I needed to undo the auto paymnet for this month. No one mentioned that or I would have done it. He said he wasnt able to, but he should have told me to do it before he split the payment. I wrote a good review after the original conversation. But this one not so good. Everyone was nice to deal with but we just missed one important bit.
An update as of Aug 21…a customer service person called me today to apologize for my experience. She offered several options in case I have a payment problem in the future. She actually offered to postpone my September payment by 30 days with no additional interest. I said thank you, but I should be back on track this month. But at least she left me with options that they are willing to do… especially these days with cost of everything skyrocketing.
I have to say their customer service people are very nice to work with and you can understand them and have an actual conversation, unlike many places where the person you’re talking to is just reading off a script so you don’t know if they really understand what you’re questioning. Thank you Ariel for reaching out.
