I’d definitely recommend Reach Financial. The whole process was simple and straightforward from start to finish. Borrowing was easy, the terms were favorable, and I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a bunch of unnecessary hassle . Overall, it was a good experience and I’m glad I chose Reach Financial

I previously gave Reach 5 stars. Now, I've got to take them down a couple of notches. My account has always been current and has several extra payments along the way. I switched my payment date from the 9th to the 15th because it is more convenient. I checked to make sure that my next payment due was in fact the 15th. It was. Autopay is on. Sure enough ... on the 10th they sent me a late payment notice. ARRRGH. How do you miss a payment when it is not late and when autopay is on? Not acceptable. Contacted the company and did not get a response. Not acceptable. So ... Reach is great getting your business ... and not so great once they have it. I'm very disappointed.

When a scheduled payment is moved to a later date, the original installment may temporarily appear as past due in our system once the original due date has passed. However, this status does not necessarily mean the account has been reported as delinquent to the credit bureaus. Generally, an account would need to become 30 or more days past due before negative payment information is reported.
