I’m really pleased with my new tent, very good quality, so easy to set up, the fabric is great quality and well constructed. It’s been tested in wind and rain and it ace’d it!

Bought an inflatable tent, didnt expect much from a Facebook advert purchase but this one turned out great. Love the tent, its just what I wanted.

Needed to contact customer service, perfect experience! The tents are great we use them for our scout troop. Zero complaints! Highly recommended!

Super service client , très réactif… j’ai reçu ma commande très rapidement… j’ai hâte de partir en vacances avec ma tente ⛺️ … je recommande très facile pour installer et plier … le sac prendre très peu de place

Very responsive and easy to order and quick shipment

I placed an order with the company a week ago, and they shipped the package with a low-cost courier who appears to have lost it, and is currently investigating what's happened.

I reached out to Reactive Outdoor on their support site 3 days ago for help and didn't even get an acknowledgement. I've tried phoning the support number on the UK website, which is disconnected.

Their Facebook Messenger profile points to a bot, and their only email account appears to be used for both marketing and support. To make matters worse, they seem to have outsourced their Facebook page to a company in Malaysia, so there is no way of actually getting hold of them.

So far, their customer support appears nonexistent, and it's only available on their site to make it look like they have something in place. Their postal address they show on the UK website doesn’t exist - try looking it up.

If you plan on purchasing from them, use a credit card! Unfortunately, I might have to resort to a chargeback if the tent doesn't arrive soon.

THIS IS A SCAM BOTH FOR THE UK AND US WEBSITES.
Please don't believe me; check it out for yourself to discover that the phone nos and postal addresses they give on both the UK and US sites are fictitious.
Sure, the product exists and gets v good reports on YouTube.
But how long have these people actually had the tents?
Maybe they fell to bits later, as the complaints on here state?
And frankly, where the Hell did they get them?!
Does the dodgy website actually deliver?
Personally, no way am I going to risk!
Dear Mr Trustpilot, I might not have bought the product, but I have experience of the website, so as far as I'm concerned, that makes this post legit... unlike RO!

UPDATE in response to the ridiculous automated reply below. My review says it is a scam, which is a v serious thing to say, this is how they reply (below) 2 weeks later! They just don't care, do they?
They are advertising like crazy, yet have a website whose address and phone numbers are fictitious, and they have a dodgy count down deadline sale clock that resets itself.
Why would they do that if they were a reputable company?
Their reply was the opportunity to explain that, and instead all they replied was automated waffle.
Weird, weird, weird.

This tent is perfect for single campers or single parent campers with small kids... the only issue I have is that the lip to get inside the tent is really high compared to other tents...it would be hard for those with mobility issues or small children to enter safely...

Indtil videre afventer jeg et stort telt, bestilt den 18. april. De har endnu ikke sendt tracking nummer eller nogen form for anden besked. Men trukket pengene.

Nu har jeg sendt en mail til dem og er meget nysgerrig på hvad der kommer til at ske.
Men jeg undrer mig meget over at de skriver at ordren bearbejdes inden for to dage og bliver ‘fast shipped’. Der er ikke engang kommet et tracking nummer.

Teltet skal bruges om nogle uger, og jeg havde bestemt ikke bestilt det hvis jeg vidste at ordren var så længe undervejs før den overhovedet får tracking nummer

Absolutely brilliant customer service is ordered product but didnt realise its not in stock till June im due to camp the end of may so needed to cancel order and get refund. It was my mistake it clearly said june online but I missed it. They got back to me in a day and refunded no questions asked. I will defo purchase for my next adventure when I know the customer service is so good

Very pleased with it easy to use the only criticism is that it would be a push to sleep 6 adults

The website & provided set up instruction are lacking help for first time users. There are a few steps needed & I was only able to find them through web search from other users. Thankful for other video's posted by others.
