Tent is good set up is easy however pack up is more difficult made by the size of the carry bag to re-insert into. If the bag was made a little bigger would make a massive difference ( really the same problem with most outdoor equipment)

At last a tent that looks like it’s been designed by someone who actually goes tent camping 🤠

Ordered sm 3sec tent, liked it but wanted more room so ordered lg tent, set it up inside house, very happy with size and weight. Will let you know more after 30 day back packing trip in june at glacier national park in Montana. Very quick shipping

We've been a happy and satisfied customer since August 2023. We purchased 1 single + 1 large size 3sec tent. Used in various weather condition mostly beach camping. From light to strong wind and rain. The small size still working very fine. But the large size tent need replacement as it was damaged not because of the weather and long time used but because of the kids were playing and leaning on it.
New journey begins with our large 2 step cabin air tent. Hoping for the best out of it.

I was doubtful at first about how easy this was to setup. But it is actually that easy. I was blown away. Very happy with my purchase & recently took it to a music festival for 3-days & 2-nights. Thank You!

Customer Service is amazing, thanks to Jethro who helped me choose the correct size and answered all my query’s. As a disabled person who struggled with awning on my caravan, I took the chance of buying the 6 person tent as an additional area alongside caravan. It arrived on time.
We had some dry weather, so I took plunge to set up in back garden to make sure I could manage on my own.
I need not have worried it took me 5 minutes I was truly amazed how easy it is to put up and take down, no hassle getting back in bag. It’s made me consider whether I’d be better in a tent than the caravan !!
I originally wanted the 10 person version but it wouldn’t have arrived in time for my trip with my pooches and the OAP K9 club.
I noticed the 10 person is on offer since I bought mine, if anybody is hesitant about this tent all I can say is it’s changed my attitude leaning towards camping rather than caravanning!! Grab a bargain while they’re on offer you won’t regret it. Absolutely amazing .. thanks Jethro top guy…

Tents arrived quickly are were as described. Easy to put up and take down by one person literally only takes 3 seconds. Great produce, small and light to pack too.

Last week my 2-step cabin tent arrived. And I was very curious. I inflated it in my livingroom since it was raining! And my 1st impression was WOOOW. But the battery control light was supposed to turn green when the battery was full when charging it. Well it didn't. So I wrote a polite email about that, 2 days later I got a new 1 and the new one was ok. Today the weather was sunny so I went to a field nearby and I inflated it again. To get familiar with it in folding it after deflating it so it fits in the bag, it was easy. I'm very happy, this tent is excellent. Good quality end easy to set up and take down. Only minus thing is that the guy ropes are black I think they should be yellow glow in the dark for obvious reasons. Thank you Reactive Outdoor for the quick delivery and the good service for replacing the battery. I recommend this tent to everybody.

Ordered on Sunday night and received on Tuesday afternoon. Absolutely the best customer service and response time. The owner emailed thanking for the purchase; even if it’s an automated email it was nice to see appreciation for purchasing their products. We received exactly what was ordered 1 large and 1 small tent. We did pull out the small tent and set it up in the living room. Easy set up and take down. Very pleased. Will open the large one as soon as the rain stops. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Right I bought the tent but haven’t used it yet , it’s been up in the lounge 😂 and it really looks the part can’t wait to get it out there

Besteld en vrij snel geleverd , dacht binnen 4 dagen.
Week later de tent geprobeerd op te zetten maar de accu is kapot.
Krijg nu een nieuwe toegestuurd.
De hulp is sneller als verwacht.
Dus ze hebben het voordeel van de twijfel wel verdiend 👍🏻

I chose wrongly the middle sized tent, and it was very easy to send back the wrong sized tent and have the new without any hassle.
Speaking of the large sized tent, it's really easy to mount and almost instantly available. Furthermore, it's symmetrical, so if you choose the wrong side while mounting there's no worry: back is the same as front. Then mosquito nets everywhere, and air circulating passages add to the wonder.

Not used tent but I did put it up in the garden and it worked fine
Does move about a lot in the wind and needs better ground pegs

Can’t believe I ordered the Reactive Outdoor Large tent on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday (just two days). Popped the fella up straight away to check it out. Looks awesome - can’t wait to get out and about with it. A quick set up is what I was after and it didn’t disappoint. Love the little extra top fly that just hooks on and the free tarp to put underneath is a bonus. Cheers
