A terrific job of moving my antique furniture
All the removalists were excellent and got the job done in no time, despite terrible weather. They were very careful with my antiques and were polite, professional and very nice young men. Pam and Michelle at the office coordinated the job well and were a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely use Ready Movers for my next move and highly recommend this fine team, especially if you have fragile items that need extra care..

Great Service, Professional and Efficient Movers!
The guys were friendly, polite and very efficient. Everything was handled carefully, and I didn’t notice any damage. They knew exactly what they were doing and did a great job.
This wasn’t my first move, and I’ve had some much worse experiences in the past, but these guys were fantastic! Highly recommend!

Communication was great.
The staff met me there and were on time which is always great and looked after everything on the other end as well.
I had a second quote, and Ready Movers were much more affordable and exceeded my friends' recommendations.
Highly recommend.

The service I received from Bruno and the team was good. But my motorcycle was damaged on pick up. I let the supervisor know of the damage and he response was, he will report it and took photos of the damage. He also suggested that I contact head office to put in a claim. Which I will do tomorrow.

Friendly, competent, professional staff.
We sold our family home and decided to travel for 5 months before relocating to our new home in northern NSW. Ready Movers packed up all of our belongings in to two containers and stored it onsite for the full five months while we were away. It was just delivered yesterday and everything was in exactly the same condition that it was packed away in. The staff on both ends were very quick, courteous and took great care with our belongings. The admin staff were very easy to deal with as well. Highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to engage their services again.

The entire staff
The entire staff, from the office right through to the actual removalists were so friendly, professional and all went above and beyond the task at hand to assist me in the massive interstate move. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I have only praise for the two gentlemen that did our move, nothing was a problem. Help was suggested and offered. Everything handled with care, no damage to goods or walls. Great contact from all areas of the business.

Operations Manager Pamela was extremely…
Operations Manager Pamela was extremely kind and helpful during the process including when things didn’t go smoothly with property settlement and we had delays and last minute timing changes.
On two separate days we had Robson as our removalist and he was excellent - reliable, strong, efficient, hard working and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went above and beyond to do a great job for us. We are very grateful, thank you!

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER
1. Packers who packed my furniture left their bottles of water, rubbish and excess packing paper around the kitchen. While I know they are not cleaners I would have expected them to take their own rubbish out.
2. I cancelled multiple clients and took a day off work to meet the delivery truck. When they started to unload the furniture I quickly noticed that IT WASN’T MY STUFF! They had sent the wrong truck - I was told mine was still in transit!
3. Had to take a second day off work, My employer verbally unhappy with me and more client cancellations.
4. When booking the service I requested that the boxes be unpacked and the boxes removed. This was part of the service I thought I was paying for. This service was not provided. When the company were contacted about this they denied knowing I had requested this, but said they would come and collect the boxes if I unpacked myself.
4. The collection of boxes was still not done 10 weeks later! I have today carted them to the tip myself. I am a woman who works full time and am in my 60s. This whole process was a nightmare from start to finish. In my life time I have made 13 house moves, including 4 overseas locations and this was by far the worst experience I have ever experienced.
