The removalists broke my tv cabinet and…
The removalists broke my tv cabinet and told me he’d report it. He was evasive with the paperwork even though I asked to see the damage reported. He states the damage was reported via another means. He then fraudulently filled in my paperwork and it almost resulted in my not being reimbursed by the company who hired you to do my move.

Hi Reagan, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry to hear about the concerns you’ve raised regarding the damage to your TV cabinet and the way the documentation was handled.
We have referred your feedback to our Claims and Operations teams for review so the circumstances surrounding the damage report and paperwork can be properly investigated. As this matter involves specific claim documentation, we believe it is best addressed directly with you rather than discussing the details publicly.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to review your concerns.
