Fast efficient service supplying a quality product.

My emailed enquiry was answered promptly. Service was friendly and efficient. I had a selection of broad-forks to choose from and I enjoyed the interaction (being local, I collected in person). Pricing could have been clearer upfront about excluding VAT.

Prompt delivery and very good packaging. Very sturdy construction. Caught me on the hop as I haven't started my work yet. Being 80 years old in a couple of months and only 5'-2'' in height (male), I made a trial run and was relieved that I survived. Good experience all round.

I ordered some attachments for a Glaser wheel hoe which I was unable to obtain from vendors in the USA. The order was placed on a Sunday (not a business day;) it arrived the next Wednesday. I consider this to be exceptional.

While the ordering process was flawless, I've made two inquiries to the email address given on their website; neither one has received a response.

The 28mm metal ferrule is not included in the long hand plow. It should be. It isn't practical for a buyer to source a 40mm length of 28 mm dua pipe. It wouldn't add any significant cost to the item and would make a huge difference to the buyer.
