Order was done from a foreign country, still not a far away land : France.
Indeed, since the Brexit, there is now a border tax.
I would have liked to be warned at the time when the order was about to be proceed.
Furthermore, no big deal in the concept to be taxed ; still quite a big deal in the numbers... How can people make soundful business with that numbers going to fill soundless administrations...
