Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and with integrity
Excellent customer service with integrity - diagnosed the problem and fixed it all in the same visit, getting the required part from a local supplier (not Japan, as another company had suggested!). Wore shoe covers to protect my carpet. Courteous, clean and tidy workmanship, competent and cheerful. I have no hesitation in going a five star recommendation for this company.

Very professional service
Very professional service. The engineer checked my gas pressure and found I had an issue with external gas pressure, he contaced the mains gas supplier who then rectified the issue. The level of service I received was excellent, I have had many boiler services in the past, but this was the best. I've recommended Real boiler service to my friends and family.

Efficient, clean and tidy - great service
Our boiler wasn't starting up when it should. Real Boiler Servicing and Maintenance did a fantastic job and had the boiler repaired and serviced in no time at all. efficient, clean and tidy - they left no mess, just a happy boiler. Great value.
