Letter Denied - No Refund Issued…

They sent me a letter from a therapist in California and I stated numerous times that I live in Alabama. They would not change the letter or give a refund. Alabama law states that the letter has to be from a licensed therapist in Alabama in order to be legal here!

To clarify, under the Fair Housing Act (FHA), ESA letters are valid nationwide as long as they are issued by a licensed mental health professional, regardless of the state where they are licensed. That said, we completely understand that some landlords may have their own policies or misunderstandings about these regulations.

RealESAletter was the perfect service for me during quarantine while i was unable to see my regular therapist and needed a letter for housing my ESA dog. The Support team responded quickly when i needed modifications to the letter and to add an extra form. I highly recommend it and it is fully legit, unlike other online services..
