BUYER BEWARE FAKE MERCHANDISE
I’ve dealt with some frustrating online shops before, but this boutique’s cancellation and refund process is on a whole different level of incompetence. The moment you place an order, it’s like your money gets sucked into a black hole—and good luck getting a cent of it back.
They advertise ADIDAS merchandise at ADIDAS prices, but when they email you they state in small print it is a "recreated product" meaning FAKE.
I tried to cancel my order minutes after receiving the email, and was told the order was cancelled and a refund on the way. They even shipped the fake jacket ( horrible )
Weeks later, still no refund. No accountability. No transparency. No common sense. Just empty promises and a customer service team that behaves like they’re allergic to honesty.
This boutique clearly has no respect for the people keeping their business alive. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, stay as far away from this place as possible.
