I've given 2 stars based on my one positive experience of buying my realme 6 Pro (in store) at Chiang Mai Thailand, the staff there were excellent and my 6 Pro has been my pride and joy ever since, however with international travel still off the cards, I decided to try to order a realme Watch S Pro, 3 weeks went by, and they still hadn't responded to my purchase, had no intention to send my purchase, and did not want to communicate with me, in any way, they simply fobbed me off, promised that someone would contact me the next day, nobody did, I finally cancelled my order and it was stuck on refund pending, so I resorted to a PayPal dispute to finally get a refund, I am aware Covid is effecting business, but that is no excuse for a lack of communication with the customer, or simply ignoring and not shipping orders, others are still shipping items internationally, so continuing to use Covid as an excuse, is not acceptable, and this time they have fallen short of the mark, and really need to make serious improvements, before loyal customers like me, look elsewhere, I love realme, but this negative experience is effecting my confidence in this Indian based company, who were starting to have some very good looking and long lasting devices, that I would love to own, maybe they need to open a UK store, to help us buy their products, and restore confidence in their company 😊
