Horrible product and service! I ordered a PS3300 3D massage chair and had the following experience:
1) There is no option to select delivery into a particular room. The delivery service leaves it out and we are expected to unbox from the pallete, and haul 200 lbs into the house.
2) The chair arrived damaged! The bars were not connected which seems a basic manufacturing quality issue. As such it was stuck in the recline position.
3) Contacting customer service was useless. They asked me to disassemble and try connecting the rods lifting 200 lbs.
4) Trying to return it was equally frustrating. They expected me to have saved the pallete or to pack it on a pallete and pay for shipping. Really, I need to pay for shipping you back a defective product!

This is a massage chair that I really like. Its color and design are both very unique. It is very comfortable to use and the price is also very reasonable.

I bought a chair off Amazon and was very impressed with the quality and functionality for the price. It was very easy to setup and use and the adjustability allowed all the adults in my family to use it. Even more important when I had a question the customer service was fantastic and very responsive. I would highly recommend.

I am so impressed with the Favor 06 3D massage chair. It is everything that I expected and more. I immediately started benefiting from all the different functions. My chair arrived within a week and required minimal assembly.

The delivery men helped to open the crate, and carry the chair into our study.
We installed the chair very easily.
It is marvelous.

The communication with Real Relax was great all the way through. We had one bad experience with the freight company (plopped the chair on the ground halfway up our driveway without calling us). This made getting the chair to and into our house a challenge. I contacted Real Relax, and they responded within 24 hours with a heartfelt apology and a small refund for our troubles. I thought that was great customer service. And so far the chair has worked great. I do know also that if you call Real Relax, you get a live person fairly quickly, which is more than I can say for many companies these days.
