SVC Saddlepro.com
SVC Saddlepro.com
Saddleback valley communities Kim Pedraza has knowingly sabotaged my family with her ridiculous excuses of her companies promises. What's acceptable about hearing how her tenants at SVC can't stand her or her text messages on a job interview. How ridiculous Saddlepro.com

Tried contacting the agent for a particular house and started getting spam texts for TikTok and Snapchat right off. Over 4 hours later I received an email about an agent from a different company that was going to contact me shortly. It's been 12 hours since that email and no contact. Since this was a test drive to see if I could actually connect with anyone and have decided I'm no longer interested in the house I will never try to contact anyone through a real estate app or site again. You will waste your time waiting around for any response.
Never received order
Never received order. Company said it was in mailbox. How do you put chairs in a mailbox. Very frustrated.

I'm moving to a new state and just happened into a Realtor.com ad on a promising home...so I had them call me. First of all, the price was 14% more than the ad stated and there wasn't a fee for parking at the property. Sounds like they just mailed it in.
DON'T TRUST REALTOR.COM
DON'T TRUST REALTOR.COM
Realtor.com is a Texas corporation based in Austin°. There's always something fraudulent about every listing on Realtor.com. All Texan realtors are crooked criminals that commit one fraudulent act after another. Texas realtors make their living off of layers and layers of lies and deception and not telling the truth.
Every listing is missing something important or is a complete and total lie. One time there was a listing in Louisiana with a house. When I went to inspect the house, nothing there. The lot was empty. Another time I went to inspect a house in some back woods part of middle Texas. The roof was completely caved in. Another time on a different property some neighbor had his vehicles parked on the property front yard. Another house was totally gutted. Another house was on the edge of a cliff where the land slid. Another house was had total wet rot with a warped foundation. This stuff goes on and on and on endlessly.
Never trust Realtor.com. They never ever do anything to assure the listings facts. All listings have some fraud on them.

Was trying to schedule an showing
Was trying to schedule an appointment to look at a home 12 calls from them and no appointment just gave a run around to setup a simple appointment. Said they would need to schedule a call with local real estate agent and I asked for information but was never given, said to the high demand of text messages that I would need to call. However the time they took to text that information they could have just sent the contact information. Nothing more than a scam in my opinion
Cannot manage app
Their system will not let go of earlier specs and keeps sending “alerts” that are inappropriate and not requested. Price range and home specs are often ignored in favor of zipcodes.
Right
Look at the greatest information on my image that is now available, look at the picture, and discover more about what you and others are capable of. As of right now, they are the answer.
Another little "Customer Serve Us" problem
I responded to a property listing that has renovation potential for an elderly disabled vet with minor but specific needs (me), and requested to be contacted via e-mail. Within seconds I got a text about setting up a time for an agent to call. I repeated my request for e-mail contact. The next morning I got a call with the same request and gave the same reply. The listing had no relevant info other than address, price and one grainy exterior photo, so I drove 100 miles roundtrip to look at the neighborhood (no access, no peek inside). The next morning I got another call trying to set me up with a phone call. Again I said I prefer e-mail due to certain medical issues, and I have a lot of questions about the property that need written answers for future reference. She replied she didn't work for realtors but for a website clearinghouse that makes appointments for phone calls, and I should explain my problem to a realtor when I talk to one. I've been through this three-step redundancy rodeo three times in six days, and I still haven't communicated with anyone useful...
Inflated monthly cost due to wrong property tax amoun
Realtor.com recently advertised my home and stated the monthly property tax at $583 instead of the correct amount of $289 as given to MLS by my realtor. This increased the monthly payment shown to $2,587 from the correct amount of $2,293. I pointed this out to their customer service, they supposedly corrected this mistake but when I did a general search for Realtor.com there was no change. I don’t appreciate the monthly cost of my home being overstated by $294. I am pretty sure that this cost increase negatively influenced buyer’s interest in this home
* * * HORRIBLE * * *
So many bad listings under rental; not annual leases for a property, nightly rentals or seasonal rentals. Under homes for sale there are listings of properties for sale to 3 or 4 buyers. You cannot sort these out. It’s better to use other websites like Zillow.
Realtor.com does not keep current on listings
Realtor.com sells a house and leaves some of them on as pending for a year or more. I'm most interested in a property on lakeside dr mineral ridge ohio. It has read pending for a year. If there is a problem with possible buyer getting the property I would like to know, so I can place a bid above the listed price!!! I did contact realtor by email a few months ago.

Realtor.com Leads Are Garbage - BEWARE!
I signed up for online leads from Realtor.com in Late September of 2022. I was promised 10 leads a month per zip code slot. I signed a yearly contract for 4 zip code slots which would have meant I'd be getting 40 leads per month. It's now the end of March in 2023 and I have received a total of 40 leads instead of receiving 240 leads. Realtor.com does nothing to resolve the issues. I've tried to get out of my year long contract but Realtor.com will not release me from my contract and continue to charge my card. What's more, the leads I have received are not workable leads. The leads either have agents or they're calling about properties that are already under contract. Realtor.com does not screen the leads and when I complained about the leads, Realtor.com openly admits that I will have to weed through the junk leads to get the good leads. The thing they don't tell you is that all of the leads are garbage. I was on hold for more than 3 hours today and didn't speak to a person.
Leads are terrible
Leads are terrible; I have asked for a refund and have been ignored for several months now. Going to file with the BBB.
Signed up for their lead program
Signed up for their lead program. Should have known I was in for bad leads as soon as I started receiving emails about signing up for "great leads" in the exact zip code I had just purchased in. The leads I received were all for pending/closed homes, rentals, auction homes or ADU (county generated low income list) homes. If I did receive a lead on a regular listing (4 in 5 months), either the lead thought I was the listing agent and asked if I would take a very low ball offer or I would never hear from them again after reaching out several times. Do yourself a favor, do not sign up for leads from Realtor.com. The worst leads ever.
Attention Realtors
Attention Realtors:
After signing up for Realtor.com advertising I only received half of the leads that I was verbally promised when I initiated the service. I later noticed hidden on the invoice that there was no guarantee of the number of leads. Part way through my subscription I was verbally promised that I would receive the full allotment. I'm nearing my expiry date and I'm still half down from the number of leads I was promised. We all know how important total disclosure is in our industry so I can't believe that an arm of that industry can be so deceptive.
Buyer beware should not pertain when engaging Realtor.com.

This company must be run by a bunch of old men! It reminds me of salesman from the 1950’s where they knock on your door and when you open it up they put their foot in the door to prevent you from closing it!
Do not click on “contact agent” because you won’t connect with them, but you will talk to a bonehead that CANNOT help you, and the calls start coming in to your phone from others that cannot help you! The photos take forever to load and the site often drops off line. If you input a specific county to search, often I’ll see listings from far away areas crowding the page. Then the ads after take over the page! Seems like the more time I spend on this site the worse the negative issues get! Google for help…NOTHING!
AWFUL 😣 I guess the owners do not visit their own web site periodically to give it a look see.

If this is the company with the immoral ads we would not be interested in dealing with them for sure?
