She is a hard working and one for details when working with you to purchase a home.
I came from out of state to purchase a home and had to do a lot of over the phone. From walking threw on google duo to writing up offers on homes, Charlotte was patience and helpful throughout the whole process. Plus, she made sure (coming from out of state) I had all information I needed to get electrical and water hooked up. It was a big help since things are different in SC from IN. I could not have done this without her caring and PATIENCE for sure.

They are not really professional people. They dont wanna help you making money. Stay away from them.

I have been trying to find some property for months. I cannot believe how irresponsible the site and their realtors have been. Most realtors must sell real estate as a side job with very little priority. The listings they have are full of mistakes. The pin drops are are off way over 50% of the time. Addresses are wrong or non existant and driving directions are ridiculous. Who ever posts the information should be ashamed. I personally think the real estate agents who post this miss information should be held criminally and financially liable.

Don't buy into this site. Read the reviews. Agents are never available. A waist of time

Inaccurate information is provide that is detrimental to the home selling and buying experience. Other real estate websites seem to have much better data quality control.

I texted the number from the realtor.com app tonight when browsing properties to show interest in one. The text said how they could get me setup to talk to an agent. It was 9:30PM when I texted the number. I thought this is where I could text with someone to arrange a phone call when it's a more appropriate time for it. Instead they called almost immediately and asked me several questions. The phone call ended with the rep saying they could connect me to an agent right now. I said now, it's now approaching 9:40 and it's already too late for this phone call. We discussed how I could do a phone call tomorrow with an agent around 5pm-6pm. She said that would be fine and it ended on a happy note until I was called 5 more times! Each time I became progressively angry and had to explain someone just called me and I told them to stop calling. Someone even said they were a senior employee so they could make it stop. Then someone else called. It is absolutely inappropriate. Up until near 10PM. I had to block the phone number. Your representatives have already completely ruined this experience for me and I'll be pursuing my search for a home using services not affiliated with realtor.com. Totally uncalled for...

Realtor.com reviews of real estate agents are 100% biased, Realtor.com will not post negative reviews unless realtor approves of it. REALLY? Which realtor will ever approve a negative review? That defeats the purpose.. rendering the reviews WORTHLESS. Realtor.com is FAKE NEWS! Use Zillow instead!!!

Easy to use site and app, has many sort options and nice layout. The map makes it easy to use and navigate to the properties of interest.

Constantly crashing my browser. Fix this

Our home value inexplicably went down by 20% this month with no rhyme or reason. (During the hottest market ever). We're thinking about selling our home, and buyers look at and trust this site...... How do I explain to potential buyers the discrepancy on Realtor from our house to the house next door when our house has more square footage, a finished basement, a private back lot, but the value on realtor for next is 344,000 vs ours at $260......

Horrible experience getting customer service.

I have been lied to twice by the same representative on the phone. His name is Randy. He sells you one thing but you don't get exactly what he tells you you are getting. I called right back to cancel and I was told it takes 2-3 days. In meantime the charge goes through and no one responds to your phone calls or emails. This company should be banned. I am not sure how they get away with this... I am sure I am not the only one who he does this too. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute charge. I have phone records and emails to show how wrong they have been. Stay away from any of their paid advertising.

DO NOT SIGN UP to get leads from them. They are a complete money suck. As a realtor you will call and they will tell you what you will make in the market they are selling to you to receive leads from. I have had nothing but drunks message me in the middle of the night. Never a a real buyer. The sales person will tell you that if you aren't making money they will let you out, but that isn't true. The sales people are absolutely just like used car sales men. Bad news.

I am an agent and I could not get through to update my profile. I was on HOLD for an HOUR and no one came on the phone, I finally hung up. Customer Service at Realtor.com is REALLY- REALLY BAD! As an agent, I would not/could not use the service. What does that tell you?

I like it better than Zillow, because you can more easily open tabs, menus don't fly open when your cursor goes over them (super distracting and frustrating), and you can filter for multi-story homes. I really wish you could filter by carpet because I think wood floor is impractical and cold, but no one has that option :(

My BIG complaint is that you can't remove map boundaries in searches like on most sites. So, in an area like mine where every two feet has a new zip code or city name, it's almost impossible to do an effective search. I hope they fix this. It makes zero sense.

Horrible service. Realtor.com reported new and homes "1 hour on-the- market"... Later found to be pending and unavailable. I've attempted to buy 3 homes that fell through due to failures at realtor.com. Not the listing or sellers agent ... Realtor.com consistently fails to communicate properly, on time, & per legal contract. I put dates and times into my messages indicating I was making an offer. The sellers agent never received the message in time. These guys are looking for a lawsuit. Worst part, they don't seem to care at all. We have had our hearts set on available homes, followed by heartbreak due to their negligence. BBB complaint pending.
