As a dues-paying member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and a proud Realtor of 20+ years, I have, at the very least, a general knowledge of the use of the Realtor trademark. Consistant with basic trademark law, I know that I am NOT allowed to use this term in my business name. I would cautiously approach any business that is using our trademarked term to solicit money from Realtors - they are not a licensed Realtor product/company. Many of my Realtor friends received a solicitation and have reported this company to NAR.

Although I do not doubt that this is a legitimate effort at a budding referral company, I feel they're off to a very rocky beginning that could jeopardize their ability to fulfill contractural obligations to their subscribers. I hope RealtorRelay.com changes their misleading branding and is able to offer a viable product in our industry.

Scam company they promise services that they can't provide. Nick Ramondi the sales person told me he had leads ready to go and he was just looking for a realtor Lies. If you sign up with them and they don't deliver and being that you paid through their website they will try to enforce a no refund clause. Do not sign up with them save your time and money.

BEWARE! Ben from Realtor Relay sends out SPAM solicitation texts despite being on the Federal Do Not Contact list, reporting them to the FTC. Their address in Katy, TX also shows up as a Trader Joe's grocery store, BEWARE!
