I’ve been waiting for my order for over a week. I’ve emailed Reamo but never got a response…. I wouldn’t order here anymore unless they get their stuff straight. Its not hard to send parcels as a “small” business. So please up your game.

I ordered a black hoodie and pant
I ordered a black hoodie and pant. Since i didn’t like the hoodie i wanted to return it. As a person living in Austria i tried using return label specifically for Austria but the portal doesn’t open at all it shows blank. I tried contacting through email. Haven’t got a single reply till yet. Called them and asked them about my problem with returning item. One said he will look at it but till now no reply or nothing. Your return policy says i have to return the item within 14 days if im not pleased with the item. Its been more than 14 days n im still waiting for their confirmation. Im still waiting n no reply’s whatsoever. I will not pay the amount unless i return the item that i don’t like. Simple as that. And your customer service is bad as it can be. Im really disappointed. Its my first time and will gonna be my last.

Amazing value for price
