Highly recommend Rebus, they were amazing
Rebus were amazing through the whole process of buying our first home. Admittedly we were pretty clueless and our case was a little more complicated due to my partner being on a partner visa however Ben was amazing at fully explaining the process and checking in with us to see if there was ever anything we needed reassurance or help with. Yuliyana was extremely helpful and we will be sure to recommend Rebus to any friends or family in the future.

Jo and Neezam were incredibly helpful throughout the process of providing us mortgage advice. They got us a good deal on our mortgage provider, had no issue with us selecting an alternative option and were very helpful in arranging insurance and working with the solicitor. Thank you once again.

Rebus made me feel very relaxed in what can often feel like a stressful process. They handled everything in a prompt, friendly and professional manner, explaining anything I didn't understand along the way and remaining supportive throughout every stage of the process. I would highly recommend!

Rebus have helped us to co-ordinate a remortgage of onw property to enable the gifting of a deposit to our children for the purchase of their first home. From the very first day of starting this process, my experience with rebus has been outstanding. As a first-time buyer, I was nervous and unsure of how everything worked, but working with Nadine made everything smooth and stress-free.
Nadine is incredibly professional, helpful, and patient. She provided clear and detailed information at every step, taking the time to explain things thoroughly. Whenever I emailed her, she responded promptly.

Absolutely amazing service
I'm on a tier 2 visa and there is a lot of conflicting advice on the internet about mortgage eligibility for visa holders. I contacted Rebus earlier this year to get some advice on whether or not I can get a mortgage. Lee was very helpful and there was no pressure to use their services. I did contact them back when I was ready to put in an offer and Lee and Joy have been brilliant right from the start. I had to withdraw from the first sale, revise the mortgage in principle and reapply the mortgage on a second property and even that was done within 2 days. As a first time buyer I barely struggled with the house buying process. Joy followed up with solicitors and estate agents and gave me weekly updates on what's going on. Highly recommend Rebus as a mortgage advisor!
