Terrible support, I've tried messaging and making tickets but the ticket is just left open with no reply, the staff is active but don't reply.
i purchased 2 of there week keys and i will not be able to use due to it not working. don't believe all the good reviews because there probs fake. this site is nothing but a scam.

i used to have a different computer to what i have now when i had that i purchased redengine and decided to have some fun on servers ive had my fun then i sold my computer then i bought another one a few months ago keep in mind i had the spoofer and development kit for lifetime which is over $100 its alot of money to get scammed out of after i bought my new computer i realised that i still have my redengine so i joined there support server hoping for some good customer service but no staff are extremely rude he asked me to provide evidence which i did so like alot of evidence since i bought my new computer used he asked to see the chat messages of me arranging to buy it which wasn't too bad after i did that he asked for other details such as proof of purchase which I also supplied then he rejected the HWID reset for ''lach of evidence'' which by the way i provided a stupid amount I almost felt like i was overstepping it by giving them too much details i recommend that you do not buy its a waste of time they also had alternate way of verifying which was recording a video of you old and new pc next to each other and submitting it I'm not a genius most people buy new computers because there old one is broken which most people will throw away or they want to upgrade to a better one which would also result in them selling so most people would still not have both computer DO NOT BUY

Redengine is something unique. It's not only a very nice community, but also a place where friendliness and solidarity are very important. The admins are always helpful, competent, and make sure that everyone feels welcome and respected. :)

In the game, you feel powerful and secure. With all the features and premium menus, you hardly need to worry about being banned. Unless you overdo it ;)

I’ve been using redengine for over 8 months and haven’t had any issues. What I like the most is that they are consistently putting out updates and their staff is very supportive

redEngine, Absolutely did me dirty, I bought redengine when i was in states and left America for quiet good, i haven't had used my redEngine account for a long time on my laptop and then i had new PC, Tried to log in and said i had to either HWID Reset or make ticket, Made ticket, provided info, video of my system specs, both laptop and pc, and as well website i purchased key of a lifetime, "SHOW ME PURCHASE OF A PC RECEIPT"
Lmao absolute joke of a developers, unfortunately i can't workaround it anymore, soo make your decision with your purchase, highly not recommended.

4. They investigate about you and blacklist you for a random reason so you will have to buy it again for 40+ euro

I love redengine. Their staff is amazing, their development kit has outstanding uptimes and every time a 5M update comes out, their developers are quick to update the development kit and make it working again (usually within 1 hour). Their developers clearly know what they are doing and not just copy and pasting from Github (unlike some other cheats...)

Red engine randomly blacklisted me and are trying to charge me 50$ to be removed off blacklist. They must be running out of customers because now they’re scamming.

Hello, i was permenantly banned and let me explaine why! I joined a redengine voice chat and there was a guy calling a black person in the voice chat the N-word(Hard R) and he also said racist slurs towards a chinese guy in the chat. I felt bad for the black and chinese person and i told the racist guy to shut up and be respectful. He then began being toxic towards me and even threatened to R**e my 5 year old sister! I let it slide. However he was screen sharing himself moddding on different fivem servers and after i saw him modding on my friends server who i was a admin on, i had no choice but to snitch on him to the owner of the server (My best friend), because i was an admin on the server and i had to make sure people follow the rules. This led to the guy telling his friend who was a redengine staff and he blacklisted me for "snitching". However i dont believe that was fair due to me having no idea you werent allowed to do that, + i was a server admin on the server the guy was modding on and i was just doing my job! I cant afford to buy redengine + nexus again because i already bought it twice due to being banned the first time. The staff are also very rude and treats customers very poorly. Their discord is filled with racist degenerates and Redengine just wants your money!!!!
