Never received the item, never got a reply to my email. I got my money back thanks to the powerful PayPal. Things might go wrong, but communication is key. You lost a customer here because you ignored me. I will never be tempted to shop with you again despite your prices!

I ordered a vaporiser spray scent through Red Label and received an item that didn't vaporise, it merely dribbled down the hand.
I realise Red Label are not responsible for product quality, but they are responsible for dealing with the problem of a faulty product well.
Having been informed of the fault of a vaporiser that simply made your hand very strong with a great deal of scent, they offered a pathetic and offensive 20% discount off the purchase price.
I informed them that 20% off the price of a product I could not use is somewhat pointless and demanded either refund or replacement forthwith.
They sent a postage label, leaving me with the expense of providing the packaging, and providing the time in getting the package to the post office, and I got proof of posting, as I was already smelling a rat in their methods of seemingly trying avoid dealing with the problem at all.
Having not heard anything from them a week after sending it to them, I chased, them up by email and was then asked for proof of posting!
What a surprise . . .
I am certain if this receipt wasn't available, they would have stated it had not been sent and therefore could not help, but having received the receipt, they stated they would "escalate the situation" which is the point my patience ran out, and I informed them I was escalating this myself and demanding a full refund without any further usual delay.
This item was refunded another week later, so they are either extremely poorly organised, or use sneaky techniques to simply avoid the responsibilities that other suppliers always happily provide.
My advice?
AVOID Red Label AT ALL COSTS!!
They are not worth the hassle and stress
