Maybe allowing Customer Support time to actually reply to your email first might have given you the answer why - but for the record - accounts are banned for misuse and not following rules - which you have done

The first wd was 600 coins and 900 coins are still being sent then I want WD 1500 or 1.5$ to be banned... Can't access cashout Don't ever take part in surveys here, they only take money from the renter's platform but those who do our work don't get paid

Thanks for the feedback, however 80,000 thousand (and growing) happy customers would disagree. Accounts and banned for users who don't follow the rules that THEY agree to on signing up - when they get caught they post reviews like this - follow the rules, you don't get banned - simple!

Accounts are banned for many reasons which are all explained in the T&Cs / Rules that you agree to on signing up. If you fail to stick to them your account will be banned - AS STATED! - RedMonkey DON'T ban users for NO good reason!

Thanks for the comments, however you failed to mention that your account was banned because YOU used Proxy/VPN and other duplicate accounts - ALL of which YOU agreed to not doing when you signed up for account - follow the rules and you don't get banned - simple !
