My n3ds upper screen needed a new lens

My n3ds upper screen needed a new lens. Redproclub communicated with me quickly about price. This was my first repair so I had a lot of questions - all of which were answered with in 24 hours. The repair was done quickly and system returned with a tracking number. I live halfway across the country and the entire process was about two weeks.

Great experience and highly recommended!

My experience

What made my experience great was the communication and confirmation of an item I was ordering came in brand new condition already hook on playing my new 2ds would definitely recommend if anyone wants to purchase something off there store you will not regret it and there response is quick

Had no issues at all

Took less than two weeks for the new 3DS to arrive. Came with every game I requested. Best value out there. Console looks like new.

Best Value for Quality / Time Saved

Saw a YouTuber do a review for RedProClub’s services and decided to bite the bullet.

The product was better than I had imagined! I spent the money on an A- grade thinking there were going to minor scratches. NO PHYSICAL OR COSMETIC DEFECTS FOUND. Every button worked great. The screen was responsive in every aspect.

The console also came with so many games that I didn’t have to spend hours trying to download titles. I opened the package and it was ready to go. Simon sent frequent communication and actually took time to write detailed emails whenever a question arose.

They do ship from Canada and I’m in California so shipping times took around 3 weeks but I would wait again if I had to. Not the seller’s fault!

Ordered: 1/28/25
Delivered: 2/13/25

I’m really happy with the purchase even if it was pricy! You get the quality that you pay for and save so much time on hours setting up or even refurbishing hardware.

Final Grades:

Actual Product: A+
Customer Service: A+
Turn Around Time: B- (Again not their fault)
Overall Experience: A+

Amazing site

Exceeds Expectations

I bought a 3DS in B (Good) condition with 256 GB of storage, expecting a few games on a system that you can tell, at a glance, isn't brand new. What I got was more games than I can play in a year, on a system that would take intense observation to locate any flaws. Very pleased with what I got, and if I ever need another one, I know where to get it.

I ordered an original 3DS in "B+ | Good" condition and I would say it is definitely at least that. I appreciate RedProClub's very clear quality rubric from A+ | Near Perfect to D | Functional, with detailed descriptions.

There was a delay in processing, but RedProClub was very communicative the whole way through so I knew exactly what was going on. And even with that delay it still got to me in around 2 weeks.

The 3DS arrived fully set up with everything I want on it. Very easy to use, worth the expense!

I am very happy with my purchase and am looking forward to getting my money’s worth. Everything seems to be in working order and seller also followed up with a troubleshooting email just in case. Thank you for providing this service. It’s a heaven sent for those of us who aren’t mod savvy and you make games more accessible when scalpers essentially gatekeep the fandom with inflated prices and potentially counterfeit merchandise. So thank you for doing what you do!

Awesome Company!

I was directed to Redproclub from a YouTuber I watched reviewing his awesome modded 3ds and he provided a direct link to them with an attached coupon, once I clicked on it and it got me to their site, I was excited as I saw the products they offer that interested me, I purchased a 3ds everdrive cart with preloaded games and also a Gameboy everdrive cart as well preloaded. Right from the get go I had an awesome experience with them, within 24hours of my Purchase they outreached to me letting me know the Gameboy cart was currently out of stock and they’re expected to receive more in their warehouse very soon and as soon as they get it they will let me know. First of all I love that communication and update, that alone made me happy with my purchase from them. I received my first item which was my 3ds everdrive, though it is plug and play, I am not tech savvy at all and didn’t know how to move around the folders for the different games and different emulators, I reached back out to the business and once again less than 24 hours I got a response from a team member happily providing support and a full very detailed instruction guide on how to use my new 3ds cart, I was very happily and it was easy to follow and once I communicated with them, you best believe I was in gaming mode and couldn’t put my 3ds down. Then a few days later I received another email from them letting me know my Gameboy cart they got more in stock of shipped along with tracking, I couldn’t be more happier. I got both items and they both function and work as expected, they even went out their way to email me instructions on the Gameboy cart even though I didn’t ask for it, that’s top customer service right there! Those who are reading my review, this company is not a scam, they have great communication, they’re products work great and everything displayed on the site is accurate to what you are getting. I see the ones below leaving 1 star reviews and I will back the company up, I see the consoles to and they clearly put what condition they offer their products and let the customer chose which condition would you like, though I didn’t purchase a console, it’s also not hard to read as everything is laid out in front of you. This is not a shady company and I highly recommend anyone to purchase from them, they have great support and communication and great products. Thank you so much Redproclub for my 2 items, I love that I a full library of games on my
Devices and am enjoying reliving my childhood playing all these games! Should I ever want anything else, I won’t hesitate to order from you guys, once again thank you!

A shady business with lazy refurbished…

A shady business with lazy refurbished worn up game console for high prices. You can better ones elsewhere with better condition because the photos of the devices are not even clear. Dishonest sales. Stay away from them.

You purchased the 'acceptable' version, and are upset that you received the 'acceptable' version.

I can't do anything about if someone decides to purchase "a pepperoni cheese pizza', but in their brain they wanted 'a cheese pizza only'

And then get mad, because you received a 'pepperoni pizza', and then complain to the pizza shop, "I got a pepperoni pizza, not the cheese pizza I actually wanted, even though I checked out the cheese pizza".

We can't read peoples' minds.

So when you checkout and select 'acceptable', we can't just read your brain and realize you picked the wrong condition state.

And in states in the description for the acceptable condition:

"New Face Plates, more noticeable blemishes, grime, scruffs, lint and/or dust, still relatively in decent condition."

You literally complained about noticeable blemishes and grime. Literally. You literally complained about the order state you chose.

Instead of blaming us, next time spend 30 seconds reviewing your order.

You also stated, that we did no repairs on your device, which is a big lie.

We gave the device a total clean, got rid of probably 95% of the grime, swapped the left analog stick with a new one, put a new top screen in, put a new top screen protector, put new faceplates on it, and put a new right analog stick.

But apparently 'we did nothing'. Even in their photos it shows we clearly replaced those parts.

Even for acceptable condition this individuals device is pretty darn awesome, compared to all the used marketplaces (ebay/facebook marketplace/craiglists) that are prone to rubber rot analog sticks, scruffed digitizers, scruff top screen protectors, very high yellowing, poor game cart and/or memory card reading.

Again this customer chose the acceptable condition, and literally is complaining about why they received the acceptable condition.

We only fulfilled what they ordered.

Shady Buisness Practices

See i didn't want to do this but they have some really shady practices such as not using current software increasing the likely of bricks on the products they sell, and they also delete reviews that are under 5 stars and are even slightly critical while also saying you're happy with what you received, but due to them deleting my reviews and ignoring my emails i cannot recommend them

in response to your reply, yes, using luma updater can brick your console, maybe if you were up to date with their work you'd know they moved away from luma updater and that people should be using universal updater to update luma if you are choosing to seeing as Lumaupdater has been defunct for some time now, and to your brain dead comment of not needing to update because its not a Wi-Fi router, that is the dumbest thing I've ever heard, the latest versions are stability and for newer features used for devs and especially for using Pretendo, no one said anything about it being for security or preventing "hackers"

And i didn't defame you, if you actually had read what, i had said was that i was mostly happy with the product there were just a few things that i wasn't happy with and that i believe others should be mindful of, and when that kept getting taken down i made a post here because it is a terrible and shady practice to silence any criticism that hurts your fragile little ego

2nd reply - you obviously don't know what you're talking about as if update it wrong it can cause the 3ds to stop booting and thus is a brick, soft brick yes but if you're trying to just give to the general public not everyone will have the tools to restore or create a backup on their pc, i also love you you say that Pretendo is barely functioning when its openly a WIP but there are portions which are 100% functional for online use and is outlined on their website, again i feel like you just completely missed the whole reason i made this in the 1st place, you just don't read what is being said you just silence it when its not 100% positive, I've clearly mentioned multiple times that i was mostly happy with the product there were a few small things i figured would be good for other users to know before purchasing a 300+ dollar item and then you started deleting what i said so it caused me to make it here because of your unprofessionalism and blatant disregard to customer criticism

love how you also delete my valid criticism here too, pathetic your ego gets hurt and you delete

This individual is claiming that the expertly done region changing that is compatible with all apps is going to 'brick' your device.

We sold over 2000 devices, not a single one has 'bricked'. But again the "experts" need to voice their shallow opinion.

Yes, we're going to publish fear mongering nonsense by an individual who knows nothing about software, or any idea how software changelogs work, but you know their an 'expert'.

Like it or not, having the 'latest' update of any software that has connections to other software is going to have more issues until every connection is tested, because it doesn't mean the developer tested the latest update with every single app.

At least we know on this current stable version everything will run properly.

If you want to update, go ahead, but don't post nonsense about our devices 'bricking out of thin air'.

These are gaming consoles, not wifi routers that need routine updates to prevent 'hacking', and/or packet sniffing.

But apparently you know all the changelogs, its affects, what has been updated, what the update was for and everything and everything.

Ugh.. Again, you cannot 'brick' your console. 'Bricking' implies the console is 100% dead, hardware dead with literally no recovery at all. Which is not the case, as long as your on Luma 12.0 with GM9 you can always recover your console by simply reinstalling its OS. If it ever gets to that point....

Again this individual knows nothing about changelogs, 3DS software and firmware, and then mentions a super finicky app like pretendo which is barely functioning and relatively a very recent app, along with it being very non-tech friendly to the average joe to utilize the pretendo app. This app is not stable at all.

Anyways, nothing is wrong with our consoles, literally his review above pretty much guarantees that other than his little annoyance of not having the latest luma version, which for 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999% of customers is going to be not an issue.
