Red State Gold #1 in customer service
Red State Gold #1 in customer service, fully explaining their product and service options for myself and family. I received full 100% excellent information on future purchase of gold and silver. Peter Amara offered the best clear view explanation for my personal situation, having Andrew assisting him with one question for clarification. What a great team, no non-sense and solid specific plan of information I can use at future date! I love this team, no other metal's business even comes close, very satisfied.

Highly knowledgeable and easy to talk to, Top Marks!
While setting up my SDIRA Donovan helped set things up within 5 days, we were able to discuss options comparing Bar Stock values v Collectable Rounds, Percentages of Gold v Silver, Coin Purity values and Weight values.
Very friendly staff with a wealth of knowledge, Donovan should be proud to have Luiz and Peter on his staff. All 3 did a wonderful job.

My representatives (Joel and Luiz) were amazing to work it. They took their time and explained every step in the process. They were patient with me, ensuring I understood all my options and the pros and cons of each option. It’s likely that I wouldn’t have committed to this sizable investment had it not been for their professionalism, experience and awesome customer service. Five stars for this team.

Value in Values
As my title suggests, I can’t deeply express the value I put on the values that the team I’ve worked with at Gold State Gold Group espoused during our conversations. All the while explaining my options, everyone made sure that I had a complete understanding of said options and what fits my family’s interests down the road. Again, thank you Parker, Donovan and Cain for walking me through my transaction!

As an investor new to precious metals I had a lot of questions and was somewhat apprehensive about converting some of my portfolio to precious metals. Austin was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process ie taking time to answer questions, sending additional information and assisting with transfer of funds from my IRA etc. He was very personable and friendly and I feel like I can reach out with any questions or concerns at anytime. Austin and Andrew made the finalization process go very smoothly. I am overall very satisfied and would recommend RSG to anyone considering getting into precious metals.
