The return option itself is removed from the website. There was a size issue and was trying to return the product or exchange it. now the option itself is not available on the website. don't know how to do it. I had ordered 3 pairs

the support doesn't even exists, they make you wait for minutes and then drop your calls, they won't even answer your emails.

They are sending failed, faulty footwear, if you want to return, not possible since there is a fake customer care number which never gets answered. They won't resond to your emails as well. So just use the faulty footwear or throw it away, forget refund or replacement. Never order from their website.

Need to improve the quality of products. Designs are good.

Very Disappointed with RedTape Quality – Not Expected from a Reputed Brand

I recently purchased a brand new pair of RedTape shoes, expecting both quality and durability from a well-known brand. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within just 10 days of normal use, both shoes started losing glue — the sole began separating, and there were visible signs of tearing inside the shoe foam.

This kind of poor craftsmanship from RedTape is shocking, especially considering the brand's reputation. I did not expect such low durability and poor adhesive work from newly purchased footwear. Comfort and build quality matter, and this product failed on both fronts.

I strongly urge RedTape to look into their quality control and address such issues seriously. Customers invest their hard-earned money in your brand with trust — and experiences like mine break that trust. I will definitely think twice before making another RedTape purchase and hope others also stay cautious.

Iam writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase of Redtape shoes, which I found to be defective due to issues with the lining. I visited your store to file a complaint and spoke with a representative named Sachin. Unfortunately, he was unhelpful and did not assist me with my concerns, which left me feeling quite disappointed with my experience at Redtape.

I purchased these shoes on February 8th, and I have attached images of both the invoice and the shoes for your reference.

recently bought sneekers but it take much freaking time to adjust over my foot it costs more then 90$ but no use i hate wearing it but cant do nothing
